I ordered a Grilled chicken entré to have my Salad for lunch, paid 4.89 plus tax , I got a piece of grill chicken not even I was expected it was like inch and half size of what ever? This is the worst Pollo Tropical I have ever been to. The Food is always Salty. Most of the employees don’t speak English . I was there yesterday and ordered yellow rice with yellow corn by itself and I got the wrong food . The lady gave me white rice with mix bean soup with corn in it. I didn’t realize that until I got home . The customer service is just horrible . That’s my last time going there . They need to do better

It’s a good place to grab a lunch or dinner, they’re just probably loosing quantity in the dish. Sometimes I get a fresh chicken and sometimes I got the one that was sitting on the kitchen for like 20 minutes (not juicy and soft) last two times I order it by DoorDash and, I don’t know why, but it’s always different texture like the dish have been sitting in there for a while, that’s why I stop ordering online because that food doesn’t taste the same way. But this food is a good option to eat healthy. Yuka bites are my favorite ones

The cashier young guy was very nice and knowledgeable how ever the chicken was not done and hard to pull apart to eat I gave it to my dog I ordered the family thing whole chicken rice and beans the beans was full of juice after pouring it out it was only 1/2 cup full I’m a truck driver I eat at lots of places this one was horrible and was a waste of my time and money I should have returned it but I was already on the road again it looks good on the picture but was not done to the bone

We tried the advertised bowl meals at a Naples store location. The serving size was very large and a good value. Service was polite, friendly and efficient. The chicken in our dish was a little dry but was greatly improved with the addition of ample servings of pineapple rum sauce. While we did not order peppers, the dishes covered with peppers were enjoyed.
The store was sparkling clean with plenty of available seating.
Overall, this location is average as far as food but superior in cleanliness.
The pineapple lemonade is fantastic.

Food is always good. Definitely recommend to try to get your food in the day. Late night the food tends to be a little dry but I can understand since it’s the end of the day and last minute.

We drove down from NC to visit family. Stopping by a Pollo Tropical was on out to-do list. Albeit we gad a good experience I can see why Pollo Tropical is declining as a whole. I don’t know what possessed the CEO to alter the bright green color to a very doll green color. It doesn’t seem “tropical” any longer. Bright colors attract. I tell you what, Pollo Tropical, put me in as CEO and I will run some strategies that will multiply your revenue 3-fold by the end of 2027.

YALL FORGOT MY CHICKEN ON MY CHICKEN BOWL. It understandably feels like a significant oversight, hinting at a lack of attention to detail during the preparation process. This kind of error can definitely leave a customer feeling disappointed and questioning the overall quality and care taken by the establishment. When expectations aren’t met in such a fundamental way, it’s natural to feel that the restaurant hasn’t lived up to its basic responsibility of providing what was ordered, and that can lead to a negative perception of their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction.
