I went to this place recently to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Please note: You must wait if you don’t have reservations. That’s not the reason for a low service ranking. They are ranked low because they said after 1.5 hrs they could get us in. After 1.5 hrs, they said it would be another 1.5 to 2 hrs. We reserved a table for the day after Valentine’s Day. The waiter was phenomenal. He was great! Here’s what we ordered. Food was delicious! Pictured below is the Ultimate Feast & some veggie sides. The biscuits were to die for. We went through 2 rounds of those. Lol They were buttered to perfection. Note to the wise: Make reservations. It was nice dining. The room was dimly lit and it smelled wonderful all around. After V-Day, they were out of Lobster tail and some other items.

Today was my first time eating here. The crab legs were cold. No refill was given. The worse part of the experience was the restrooms. They were terrible. Every toilet was dirty, black rings around them. Dirty floors. There was a cubby hole in the wall filled with trash and nastiness. For the price you pay to eat here the restrooms should be up to par.

I went with my elder mother on a Wednesday [2/25/26] evening and had dinner. Our server was BRYAN. He was a gem. Outstanding customer service. He was attentive, but not over- bearing. He was always there right before I needed something. I didn’t have to wait for drink refills- He was on it! He told us all the specials, not only on the drinks, appetizers, but also the entrees. I decided to try the stuffed mushrooms- they were delicious! I know that’s his job, but the way he delivered the info was so enthusiastic! He had me feeling like we were family. His positive, upbeat personality and soft smile made us feel at home and very comfortable. The next time you go to Red Lobster, ask for BRYAN to be your server, you’ll thank me later… he’s the best!!! [To Corporate:: He deserves a raise!!]

We sat down and placed our order. It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. During that time the waiter checked on us once. Then the food arrived. My partners meal the shrimp and lobster tail completely burned scorched. Mine was only seasoned in parts.
The waiter was pouring sweet tea for other tables and mine have been complexly empty for a solid 10 minutes.
After the waiter stopped by, I informed her of the burned situation. She got the manager, whom came over and stood there for a minute without saying g anything. When informed, she left and said she would get it taken off. The bill came 5 minutes later with only a $15 credit. $15 off of a $40 burned dish.

The food was delicious. Ordered medium steak and it came out perfectly medium and so juicy. I got the surf and turf and mom got a couple of the lobsters! Go there they are very friendly and the food is delicious. Super Staff! 10 stars!

Went for an early lunch. One of the first people in the door. Food was hot and delicious! Tried a new gin cocktail, $12 (a little pricey) but very tasty. Server Ashley was fabulous! No lobsters in the tank…. Not sure if they were just out or we were too early.
I HIGHLY recommend the coconut shrimp. Served with this great Pina colada sauce.

We had a very large party (baseball team and families) and our waiter was wonderful and patient with a smile the entire time. I believe his name was Chris. Very pleasant and kind. He was a saint to tackle all that!

2nd time visiting during vacation with family from Canada .

We drove directly from Florida to this red lobster location as our 1st time here last year was a great experience.

The team was friendly and stayed little late for us as we reached close to there closing time.

We visited Red Lobster during lunch and our waitress Jalynn was top notch! She was so kind and made sure to check on us frequently. Our food was delicious and fresh! Rock Lobster, Coconut Shrip, Cajun Chicken Alfredo and the biscuits all great! Make sure to be aware the menu has changed and some of your favorites may be offered a little differently. The Manager Hilary also came and spoke with us as well! Overall wonderful experience!
