Recently, I decided to give Olive Garden a try because of its popularity and the unlimited breadsticks and salad. When I arrived, I was placed on a waitlist, but despite the crowd, I was seated within about 10 minutes and attended to professionally. The atmosphere felt welcoming, with good lighting and music that created a classy and comfortable experience.
The short wait time was not a major issue, but using more of the open space could help reduce waits and increase revenue. Another suggestion would be focusing more on quality over quantity, as a smaller menu could make cooking and service more efficient. The staff was kind, quick, and professional, and the restaurant was clean. Although my food arrived a little later than expected, I enjoyed the taste. Overall, Olive Garden delivered what it promised, especially the unlimited breadsticks and salad, making the experience enjoyable despite minor flaws.

I was sooo impressed with my visit here. The hostesses were very lovely and friendly as well, we got seated almost immediately. Our waitress was this amazing young lady, Juliana. She was quick with taking our orders, getting us refills, and was just an awesome server in general. The food itself was so warm and good. I loved the breadsticks, well flavored and really hot, like they just came out. The salad was very fresh, I loved the amount of dressing too. It wasn’t overwhelming at all. Our mozzarella sticks tasted great, and I was a big fan of the cheese pull. Overall, it was a perfect experience, it might have honestly been my best. Make sure to order a tiramisu, too; they’re so yummy.

I came alone since I’m just a broke college student, and the atmosphere is pleasantly quiet on weekdays around noon. They have lunch specials like spaghetti, and their water is nice and crisp! I imagine if it were busier, it wouldn’t be as nice, but since I came for lunch, this place was perfect. Thank you for the pleasant lunch break! : ) shoutout to Veronica at tbe bar!

One of the better prepared OGs I’ve been to. Fast service, great texture of the chicky parm, and adequate sauce on the spaghetti, other locations barely put any so I do enjoy that. Not gonna lie, came here simply because it’s next door to my hotel, but not at all a disappointment.
The staff seem happy to, which is a major plus. Happy employees make better food, that’s just a fact.

Went to olive garden just to have lasagna for the Garfield Movie premiere ! We’re extra like that and we loved it. Delicious food .. service could’ve been better .. wait time was a little longer than i’m used to and from what we noticed it wasn’t just us. The table next to us had to call the manager to ask about some issues. The self pay kiosk system was down and we were at it for a while till someone finally came to help.

Carlos that currently works there is truly a champion! He deserves a raise for sure. From making sure I got my addition for my order that I did through the app, to confirming with me he saw the special instructions I added to my mobile order. Also, just being patient, knowledge and kind. Then when my order was on its way for delivery, he called to verify everything did come through and is on its way secured and correctly. In world where customer service has truly become so lacking and horrible. Carlos made me have faith in customer service and the ability for humans to be kind and go the extra mile for one another again. The food will taste better because of the good service. That’s always how it has worked and will work! Thanks again Carlos!
