Can’t believe it’s been 18 years since I last ate at Cheesecake Factory! This chain is always surrounded by a mall and a movie theater, and back in my college days, it felt like a fancy spot — pricey but stylish — perfect for a date or birthday celebration.
Nowadays, with so many restaurant and dessert options around, we probably wouldn’t have come here if my husband’s junior high school classmate hadn’t suddenly invited us for a lunch on a Sunday afternoon.
After all these years, Cheesecake Factory is still on point for sure. The menu is still massive, and honestly, the food is still pretty good! The interior looks just as nice as I remembered too.

The food was ok but could have been better. The service was decent but our waitress had a lot going on. She kept the drinks coming which was nice however never really stopped long enough to ask if we needed or wanted anything else. We skipped dessert and honestly I’m usually a hungry guy and never felt satisfied with the flavor or the amount of food, I usually like a really large meal and this was not it.

I came here after walking out of Buffalo Wild Wings with no service, and Cheesecake Factory honestly saved my day.
I was seated right away, which I loved. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but I was reminded how the menu is insanely long (like, truly overwhelming). My server, Amanda C, had impeccable timing. I had just finished looking through everything when she came by. She was so sweet and immediately made me feel at ease.
I told her I was ready to order; however, I just needed help picking between a couple dishes I was stuck on. She was super patient and helpful while explaining everything. With her recommendations, I ended up going with the street corn ribs and Korean fried chicken.
The corn ribs were so good! Like a 10/10 for me, hehe. I had to stop myself halfway just to save room. The Korean fried chicken wasn’t exactly authentic, but it was still solid. It came with kimchi, veggies, and some rice. The portion of chicken was huge. I can picture needing three more friends to help me finish it. The chicken was juicy and fresh, with nice big chunks and a light, crispy batter.
Throughout the whole visit, Amanda was an angel. Seriously. She had such a bright, genuine smile and always looked happy to help. It honestly made my day better.
I also ordered a slice of red velvet cheesecake to-go because I’d been craving it. I let Amanda know I wouldn’t be able to finish it and asked her to box it up right away. She remembered and brought it out just like that! It’s a small thing, but when you’ve had a string of mid service lately, it really stands out when someone actually listens.
Overall, wonderful service, good food, and Amanda was a highlight. Definitely made me want to come back! <3

Food is comforting food. My kids’s favorite place for Fettuccine Alfredo and BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. Even a small piece of ice cream but that make customer happy. Great strategy

Delicious food, clean and well kept atmosphere. As a couple, we shared two of the appetizers and were plenty full. Our other guests’ meals were well proportioned. Service was a little bit slow for it not being super busy, but the flavor made up for it. Avocado egg rolls are awesome! We also got the Oreo cheesecake to go and it was heaven! Would recommend!

Come hungry, generous portions of really good food. It doesn’t matter what you decide to order it’s going to be great. One of my all time go to places, never disappointed with the food, service or atmosphere. Lunch, dinner, desert or just a drink, it’s will be a great time.

I was recently visiting Huntington Beach and decided to eat at this location. Everything was going very well. The server was great, I loved the meal, and I was enjoying the atmosphere.
Until my entire experience unfortunately changed.
There were three young ladies sitting next to me. I would assume that they were high school age. When their bill came, they gathered the money together and gave it to the server. Nothing out of the ordinary.
A few moments later, the server returned, and in a very frustrated tone said “just to make sure, you’re only tipping me ten dollars for the entire bill!?”
One of the young ladies responded and said “ i’m sorry, it’s all we have.” The server stormed off without saying anything.
I was absolutely appalled at this behavior. Under no circumstances should a server ever approach a patron and belittle them about the size of the gratuity. That is 100% unacceptable.
The behavior of one server changed my five star experience into a two star experience in the blink of an eye.
I would strongly recommend further training of all staff to ensure they understand what is an acceptable interaction to have with a patron.

Great atmosphere, but that’s where it ended.
We came here with our two kids to celebrate our anniversary. Our kids’ meals came out quickly, but we waited about 45 minutes for our food. During that time, every table around us was served while we sat there watching our kids eat.
We asked multiple times about our order. By the time our kids were finished, we were still waiting. We were so hungry that we ended up eating what our kids didn’t finish and never received our meals.
Very disappointing experience, especially since other locations have always been consistent and enjoyable. This one fell far short.
