The subway was inside of a Sunoco gas station, I didn’t purchase anything from Subway but I did leave small like a Subway sub. It smelled delicious. So my review is purely based on the smell of the bread and the subs at the subway inside of the Sunoco near National Harbor. The lady who waited on me was also very pleasant. It was clean from what I can see. Oh and I started off by using the air pump for my tires, and then I went in and paid for my gas that’s when I smelled the Subway!

I had not visited this location in approx. 8 years because of an extremely rude Subway employee I encountered there who felt she had a right to discuss my weight. I later reported her to one of the Managers at the time and he advised me that he would take immediate action to reprimand the emoloyee and that he would ensure that nothing like this will ever happen to me again. But I still decided to not return here for years. I decided to return recently and all of the employees who assisted me with my order seemed to be friendly and courteous. This location is very clean and the workers all appeared to handle food items in a safe and sanitary manner. Please Note: This Subway is located inside of a Sunoco Station in Oxon Hill, Maryland….This Subway is 1 of 2 Subway locations within the National Harbor complex in Oxon Hill, Maryland and thus it Is Not in Fort Washington, MD.

I Shopped at the Subway on Riggs road DC, near the Wal-Mart. I wanted to try their new garlic bread for one of my 3 sandwiches ordered but the garlic is not baked into the bread instead, it is spread on the bread like butter. Too much for a regular sandwich for me. I did enjoy my 2 tuna sandwiches and 1 spicy Italian though.

Stopped to get gas and noticed the subway. Got in line to order a sandwich. The guy in front on me had just started to place his order. The worker grabbed the bread he requested and began to slice it. THE BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT!!. before I could open my mouth to let him know the worker flipped the bread over to slice the other side. I assume the worker noticed the Mold because he stopped slicing it and proceeded to grab another piece of bread. HERE IS THE PROBLEM. The worker put the moldy bread back with the rest of the “fresh” bread, grabbed another piece with the same gloves on and began to cut the new piece with the same knife used to cut the moldy bread.
After seeing that I no longer wanted to order. Loss my damn appitate.

This is the absolute worst business I have been to. The 2 gals working lunch on Thursday March 7th were both rude and very angry. They provided Anti-Service. Both looked like they hated there jobs and were angry that we bothered them by spending money there. They need to get jobs where they don’t have to deal with humans. I would pass this Subway and try the other ones nearby.

I don’t know what the attitude was for, but I came in at 10:31 and still place my order didn’t receive my cup from employee. She also didn’t say where to get tHe cup from, even tho it was in my face but that’s not point. Bread was under cook, when I ask for it to be toasted. It was like chewing gum.
