I told them I was making three transactions at the drive thru and was told I have to go inside. I asked why it does not make sense. So I went ahead and did two, Jacob was very horrible he got upset when i pulled up at the first window, he crunches my receipt in front of me as he giving it to me. And with a bad attitude. At the second window they were very nice when giving me my orders. If I could I would’ve ordered it online but I was paying cash for three people.

The sweet tea at Raising canes is very inconsistent. 1 of 5 times I go it’s great, the other 4 times it’s not sweet and a bit disappointing. Maybe standardize the process so all locations make actual sweet tea and it’s consistent? Everything else is great.

Raising canes food is great although I would like crispy fries. This review is about service. We ordered a bunch od food for a party. Call it $ 100 plus and we received 1 sauce. Undoubtedly it was a mistake but instead of arguing or asking us come back they took care off the bill within the hour. The food was good without the sauce but because of the way they handled it we will be back.

Everytime I come here I am always pleased with the great customer service that is offered and they never get my order wrong. Everyone is always happy to be there even when it is super busy like today. Everyone is doing a fantastic job keep up the good work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Happy Holidays!

I’ve never left a negative review before, but this was the most unwelcoming and uncomfortable canes I’ve ever been in I walk in and three employees behind the counter make eye contact with me and then look away. I’m fine with waiting for someone to take my order, but they weren’t even doing anything, they just went back to talking to each other after giving me a look. It was really awkward. I love canes, and the food was alright, the employees were just weird and it felt like they were judging me lmao? The lady who took my order was nice, though!

I only wish for 2$ a tender I would get a TENDER not nuggets. Yes that is a picture of one of my 4 TENDERS that come in a box combo. If I ordered a single extra tender for $1.81 would you give that to me? Add an extra if they are less than an inch long, so I dont feel like I got cheated.

Lady on the box said “one second” and then I sat there waiting for her to take my order for about 7 minutes. Long enough to write this review and then some. Horrible service.
Update: Messed my order up as well. Ordered a sandwich by itself and a water got a sandwich combo with a large Dr. Pepper. What’s going on with this establishment???
