Stopped by McDonald’s this morning and had a great experience. The staff was friendly (Shout out to Adrian!), the service was fast, and my order came out fresh and exactly right. It’s always nice when a quick stop turns into such a smooth and pleasant visit. Definitely appreciate the team working hard and keeping things moving. I’ll be back!

My name is Dominic Lucero. I’m a lawyer and prior to the last review from two weeks ago. I have some concerns. According to the customer that put in the complaint, the action I’m taking is the fact that they didn’t come in that same day. And according to any complaints or suing it’s not prior to this complaint. A complaint or an account of suing should be made within the time frame of 5 mins, if burnt. And you shall not ask for the employee name under codes. And Mr.Martinez from my experience speaks complete English. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is a complete waste of time. No money should be spent and that is why as a lawyer of new Mexico, we shouldn’t be rude to people of color. Like you were sir and she wears a camera. So that’s why we didn’t take action….
As a kid I used to work at McDonald’s… So I understand the pressure. People are always rude to fast food people. But please do not fired anyone. It’s good to know this store is still up and running. The managers are always understanding and the kids that work up from are also understanding. The only thing that I find bothering is the fact that people don’t have respect for her workers that work all day. And that’s why they quit. Please be nice to the people that are working there… Yes it is called fast food but be nice and understanding. These workers are people just like like you are.

This location struggles with the homeless population in the neighborhood, like just about every other business, but they do a great job of handling it somehow. The place is always clean and efficient. The food always seems really fresh and prepared with TLC. Might be the best McD’s in the city.

So I went today to get me and my family some food they pulled me to the second window and when they come they come with my order not right I asked for a 20 piece nuggets two double quarter pounders and some other stuff that I ordered some sauce and all these type of stuff that I ordered right when I knock on the window to let the girl know that I have the wrong stuff she made a bad decision of saying a bad word because I was knocking on the window so I can get my order right then she goes off on me and I didn’t like that at all. This is not the first time they make this mistake. this McDonald’s is terrible. The staff the workers. Everybody is terrible. I won’t go eat there again, but so far this McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I ever been yeah I understand. Sometimes you mess up but all the time this is not the first time. And came home and steel my sauce was in there, and by the way they charged for sauce too really need make some changes

So I went through the drive through and they helped everyone except for me. I was waiting and the next car pulled up and they helped them but never helped me. Why?? It makes no sense. This McDonald’s will let you order food if you’re Latino but if you’re White, they won’t even respond. Someone definitely needs to look into this location as it’s obvious they discriminate.

I can’t believe I waited so long to get my food so my fries arrived burnt, my chickens were cold and to finish my bacon was so cold you could see the grease so I decided I wanted my bacon hot and asked the manager on duty that I wanted my bacon hot, then he started arguing with me saying the bacon had to be left out like that, it’s as disgusting as a person can be in a position like that if they can’t be nice to the customer like that. also. Hearing people in the kitchen yelling that why did they have to heat it up if that’s how it works, that’s why this place stinks and I don’t like the service or waiting so long to get my food that way.

We went to McDonald’s couple of days ago and we ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup and green chili and two apple pies and an ice cream cone. They charge us for four apple pies and they bring the burger back with no burger on it. Just bread, green chili and cheese it was awful The lady that took our order. She had a attitude and I am pregnant and my husband was ordering and she told him why don’t she get up and put her order herself in my husband told her she’s pregnant I am ordering Why do I need my wife to come here and order so anyway our order came and they messed up the whole thing I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all. I will not go here again.

We went there this morning on our quick trip passing through town , we had excellent service. While we there some homeless people came in with their large dog and refused to remove their dog until a male staff member had to repeatedly tell them this is a food establishment and no dogs allowed. I was really proud of the way he handled himself and this situation because they had no intention of removing their large dog , they came in with all their stuff. Way to go McDonalds!

One of the best experiences i’ve had from Mcdonald’s especially because of the goat Bernard. He treated my girlfriend and I amazingly and everyone else amazingly too. Bernard was the highlight of the whole restaurant.
