Showed up at 9pm to dine in with friends (an hour before close) and Olivia one of the staff members shouted towards the back “Hey there’s 5 people that just showed up.” After we ate our meal some of us went back up to get ice cream. We were looking at the menu to figure out what we wanted and Olivia the same staff member looked at our friend in a rude tone and said “Are you going to order?” I have always had a positive experience at this location but this service was extremely disappointing. I understand coming in closer to closing but there was still one hour before close when we came in. I will not be returning to this location.

It’s Culver’s!! You’re going to get great FRESH food, every time. This location is no exception. Fantastic food. Always very fresh. Double butter burger with bacon is too good. I would love a couple ketchup packets included in the bag. But you can get over that with how good the service and food is. Shout out to Cheryl for being so sweet!

Food was okay. Definitely not what it was hyped up to be and the service was the worst we’ve received at any fast food restaurant. We’re usually pretty understanding and not in any rush but there was an issue with our order (we placed a large order so it was something that could be expected, but the manager was absolutely rude and snobby. She refused to even remotely try to make it right. She just said “you’re not getting free food” as if that’s what we expected when it wasn’t the case at all. We won’t go to a Culver’s again. Never been to any fast food place with such a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Perhaps with better management it wouldn’t be so bad, but this was definitely the absolute worst experience.

We walked in and there was a short line but it went fast. We ordered and sat down. Our food came fast. I was very surprised the food was awesome. It was the best burger and fries since I have been in Missouri. It was so good I went back for the next 3 days for more. The employees were great. They greeted us with a smile when we walked in the door. I will recommend this location to friends and family. Even to those I do not know.

I ordered a pretty simple meal and they somehow missed on every single item. I ordered a 4pc buffalo tender with onion rings and ranch and received a 4pc regular tender with fries and bbq sauce. The only reason they got the drink correct was because they double checked at the window. I’ve had problems with Culvers getting my order wrong before and usually they make it right, but not this time.
I didn’t realize the rest of my order was wrong until I got home (15 minute drive). Because I was getting the food for someone else, I decided to drive back. The manager at the window wasn’t apologetic at all. She made me give back the original order, which I was fine with, but judging by her tone, I felt like she was suspicious of me. It was as if she thought that I was doing this to try to get free food and not because my order was really messed up. I felt pretty insulted by the insinuation.
I was not compensated for the time that they wasted and I never got a genuine apology. The food itself is decent but not worth that amount of inconvenience. I won’t be returning.

Culver’s is very good! One of the best burgers and their fish is great. This location is always quick and efficient.

I actually went through the drive-thru but I have to say, that the service I got was stellar. A young lady took care of me and she took the time to help me pick out something good. I really appreciate that. Sorry I didn’t catch her name but it was in the evening time on Friday the 16th of October. Around 6ish p.m. if the manager reads this, make sure she gets an attaboy. They last two times I ordered they’ve gotten it wrong. My receipt showed what I ordered but one of the hamburgers wasn’t right. Need to work on making sure orders are right
