The food was so amazing that we ate here three days in a row while visiting the area, and we are already planning to come back again soon. Everything we tried was delicious, and you can truly taste that the food is fresh and homemade.
The eggplant dish was incredibly yummy, and the gelato was outstanding. What made it even more special was the atmosphere—it felt truly authentic, just like being in Italy. It honestly reminded me of Italy and made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real Italian food and an authentic Italian vibe.
We had
Garlic bread – delish
Mozzarella sticks – crunchy, delish
White pizza – delish
Chicken Alfredo with angel hair pasta- delish
Chicken marmalade- delish… lots of mushrooms if that your thing
Buffalo wings – crispy snd delish
Chicken Alfredo with broccoli- delish
Garlic with olive oil and angel hair – very garliky
Greek salad with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette – good, though the vinaigrette was umm lumpy? Not like a homemade vinaigrette. Flavor was good
Overall would recommend!!
This is my second time back to this restaurant in four days while we are on our trip and it is absolutely fantastic.
The restroom is very clean and the interior of the restaurant is well decorated and cozy.
We are here at Christmas time and it is very festive inside .
The food is wonderful. I can’t get enough of the meat lasagna.
If I could take home a frozen batch of this meat lasagna and put it in my suitcase to take back to Texas, I would.
This weekend, I was craving some of their combo pizzas for lunch so I figured I’d order some for take out. I usually order via the Toast app but they’re not on it. However, they do have online ordering ability thru their website (plus Door Dash). I just ordered directly from their website.
The estimated ready time was decent. I left the house right after ordering and got a text message that my order was ready for pickup a few minutes before I got there. Originally, I thought I’d have to wait a little since it wasnt going to take me that long to get there (based on the expected ready time). So that was cool that I didn’t have to wait.
In any case, the staff there was nice and friendly as usual…and my food was great as usual! ☺️
The service was only so-so, after being seated our waiter didn’t come to take our drink orders for a long time. Once he took those it was another 5 mins or so before he brought our drinks to the table and when he did it was watered down, I’m assuming they were made and then sat there for a few mins before we got them. Then he left again and took another 5 mins or so to come back and get food order (and no he was not on the floor at other tables or bringing food out to others, just simply didn’t see him until he finally came to get food order)
Finally got food order and once again it took him a few mins just to bring salads, which we asked for no onions and of course there were onions on them and then the pizza took a while to get to us! I’m really glad the pizza did taste great though! While we were eating our pizza the waiter only came to check on us 1 time and that was when we were almost finished eating!
But then like I said I was a little shocked when the check came as it was higher than I expected!
Overall, the food (pizza) was delicious but they really need to work on service, not sure if they were having an off night or what but still do better! And also I think the prices should really be considered to be lowered for some things like the salad price, it should not be as high for a salad when it only comes with 1 piece of tomato and literally 1 slice of cucumber, there were NO carrots or green peppers and come on 1 slice of cucumber!! Disappointed with that.
I may would give them another try but it may be hard to do so when it cost as much as it does and nowadays as hard as we work just to earn a dollar, I don’t like going out to eat for dinner and it costing a fortune especially when the service isn’t great and you pay more than average for a salad and there is not enough veggies just a pile of lettuce. Makes it hard to want to go back to eat after experiences like this!!
I know everything in the world has sky rocketed in price and restaurants have to charge accordingly but I do not like being price gouged when something as simple as a salad was as expensive as it was only to arrive not only wrong(came with onions didn’t want onions) but was very upsetting when they have the audacity to charge the price and only put 1 slice of tomato and 1 cucumber and that’s it!
Do better Olde Towne Pizza & Pasta!!!!
