The portions were generous and totally worth the price. The pizza dough was spot-on, and the brisket was a great choice—tender and flavorful. We tried the ravioli appetizer (so good!), fresh salads, and the potato gages, which were amazing especially with their delicious house salsas.
The place has a warm, friendly vibe that works great for families or coworkers. Since it was our first time, we ordered a bit of everything to sample and we were glad to have leftovers to take home.
Definitely a must-try! You won’t regret it.
We have previously expressed to the management staff to get better child seats that cinch to chairs, or have chairs that we can buckle our kids to, so they are safe while eating. We felt like this was reasonable feedback considering the restaurant has nights where they let kids eat free.
Children safety became a serious issue on our most recent visit on 29 Jan 2026.
Our dinner began with us ordering kids meals that came with fruit cups. When served, I immediately noticed that the strawberries were so rotten that there was grey mold visible on the tops of the strawberries and you could completely easily push through the strawberries. We immediately sent back the fruit cups, told our server we wouldnt like anything else – the kids were barely picking at their food. Having worked in food service before, we forgave the oversight as a simple mistake and temporary lapse in service.
Then, dinner service started to get busy. We moved our kids close to the table so they wouldnt get bumped or be in the way. A large table was placed next to us, and the server began moving about the restaurant very quickly to keep up.
When the server went to help the larger table, the server struck our table with their leg, causing my child to fall face first out of his chair, striking his head on the table and the floor. He then proceeded to immediately pick up my child and shoved him over quickly to my wife so he can tend to other tables. No apology, just panic. Everyone in the section saw….
After we took care of our child, the server returned a few moments later saying “Sorry for picking your kid up – it is the dad in me” – not for injuring our son, not for first serving our children rotten fruit. We immediately asked for the check, paid our bill, and left with our pizza.
The next day, my wife warmed up her leftovers for lunch. She ultimately found a piece of stalk from the herbs they used in their pizza measuring about 1/2 inch long.
We never saw a manager, and didn’t see our server, and weren’t offered any recourse to correct the abysmal service we experienced.
We will not be returning to this restaurant.
