The meal was delicious and super fast! I really wish the burger meat itself was a little more fresh off the grill. I like the flavor over when it has been sitting for a while. I made an online order for the wrong location and the cashier had nothing to say other than your order isn’t here. A little instruction about how to resolve this would have been helpful. The fries weren’t as hot as I like them.. I almost went back through the line. Like a steak, they ought to ask you at the window to check your order and ensure its satisfactory. Just my opinion.

I truly enjoy this McDonald’s location. It’s conveniently located. The young people that work their is always friendly, and I can dine in or eat in my car in the parking lot. And lastly the food is always fresh.

Ordered on kiosk, was paying with cash so had to walk up to front. Everyone looked at but no one acknowledged my presence. 13 and 1/2 minutes before they start with they were doing and came and asked me what I needed help with once they got the food and get to the truck I realized it was wrong and cold this was bad even for McDonald’s

The cashier made an error, (double charge), as a result, the correction needed to be made. She explained that the manager was busy and I would need to wait until she was available. 12 minutes later the manager comes. Mind you, I went inside because the drive-through was backed up.

Literally worst mcdonalds I have ever been to all around. Food is thrown together and a mess and cold half the time. I have been here millions of times sence its my exit to get home and go to work but ill have to make the trip to a different one if I want to eat mcdonalds sence they cant seem to get it together. It’s honestly ridiculous like fr nobody has any care about u there these ppl at this store couldn’t pull my mobile order up today after I have paid and its the day before payday so yea im broke now with no food for me or my daughter and after explaining this to the lady up front “sence the drive threw lady told me to kick rocks in her own words” she told me “idk what to tell u” like fr? Whe. I managed the mcdonalds in colorado in castle Rock i would never do this to someone. I would offer something or try to make it better but na im just screwd and they just get all rude with me like im in the wrong for even pulling around and coming in to figure it out. Literally took my almost an hour to find this out sence the drive threw lady was to grumpy to even talk to me I had to way for another lady that was running food to ask if I need help cuz she seen me there standing at the registers for so long. It’s a shame fr I hope ppl see this and stop going so they close down and we can get something that dont do this like a Chick-fil-A
