I stopped by today and asked my small smoothie to be prepared in a medium cup since I needed the extra empty space. The manager informed the guy at the register that he must charge me for another drink in order for them either to prepare it in a medium cup or to give me the empty cup. When I asked the manager (the lady in these pictures with the braided hair and violet hair scarf) what was the reasoning behind this nonsense, she said “those are the policies”, and when I asked for her name since her name badge was not visible, she refused. That sounds sketchy, to say the least.

There was a lot going on at this McDonald’s. The employers were trying their best to get the job done. But it seemed like they had no management to direct them on how to do the job correctly. All the orders seemed imcorrect as all the patrons kept returning because something was missing.
Management needs to do a better job at this location.

The young gentlemen that took our order was super kind. He asked if we needed help with our order. And fix the order so my spouse could modify his burger. Everyone was friendly. The store was clean. And our food came out super fresh. I really enjoyed my experience today. Order number 210 at 5:07pm

Woest service ever. They have us waiting in the drive thru line forever. Then they ask everyone to park. I mean everyone. Not one person ever got their food from the window. Everyone has to park and wait 30 minutes. I will never come back to this mcdonalds ever again.
Everyone should steer clear and go to a different one or a different restaurant. Should habe went to Sonic.

This was a great breakfast! All of our biscuits were golden brown and the gravy biscuit had a great ratio. Even the bacon biscuit had an adequate amount of bacon which can be hard to find. The employees were friendly and service was fast. All of my group were highly satisfied!

Every time I come to this location they have you pull up or go to the reserved drive thru parking. Never get your food fast. Order 2 happy meals and 2 orders of chicken nuggets and still had to park and wait over 40 minutes. They come to your vehicle with the wrong order and more waiting. I tell myself each time I will never come back to this location! Do better IOWA!!!

Food was as expected. Manager was very kind to the public and I could also hear her speaking. Respectfully and reassuring to her staff. Very impressive for a McDonald’s. Bathroom does need some maintenance. One sink in the men’s room did not work and the other when activated gushed water all over the countertop in the floor.
