A great vibe, delicious food with generous portions. Hung out with the cousins during happy hour. We enjoyed food and drinks, what’s not to love, great company, food and drinks. Staff were friendly and attentive, quick on the refills and taking away dirty dishes. Adult beverages were delicious and not watered down. Sadly, I’m now surprised when it’s not watered down since it’s the norm and you need to know! Drinks and food off the happy hour menu were excellent! Definitely coming back soon! Highly recommended!!!

I ordered for pick up a bacon and mushroom quesadilla, about 22 and 24 dollars with tip and, dissappointingly it is not how it used to be, hardly any mushrooms and instead of nice bite size pieces of bacon I think there is a little bit of bacon bits! with a strong smoky, fake bacon taste, and lots of green onions for some reason and the bottom of the tortilla is very greasy, just weird! I like this restaurant. But I feel ripped off for this food choice I made.

We had a large group of 11. We checked in at the front desk, and they said it could take 25-30 minutes for a table. It is understandable for a large group. However, a few minutes later, they said our table was ready! The staff was quick to give us water, and the menus were already on the table. The waiter asked if we wanted separate checks, and we said that would be great. We needed 4 checks, and he said no problem . Our orders were taken per separate checks. Everything arrived just as ordered. The food was good and had some unique items like the taco quesadilla. We had a nice time sitting outside with a nice view of the sunset. When we were all done, the checks arrived. Everything was correct, and we all paid. The waiter made sure he told us the tip was included based on the size of our group. This place has it all dialed in! Great job!

I stopped by today to pick up a to-go order and decided to purchase a gift card. Unfortunately, the hostess processed the transaction incorrectly. When I got home, I noticed the charge for the gift card had not posted to my credit card. Wanting to do the right thing, I contacted the restaurant to let them know.
When I spoke with the manager, he told me his employee said I was supposed to return in 45 minutes to pay for the gift card — which makes absolutely no sense. I had already picked up the food I paid for online and left with the gift card in my possession. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they accused me of theft.
To make matters worse, they canceled the gift card because I “did not return to pay for it.” This error was entirely on their employee, who both processed the transaction incorrectly and misled her manager. I am deeply offended that my integrity was questioned when I did the right thing by reaching out.
I’m also extremely grateful I hadn’t yet given the gift card to its intended recipient — it would have been humiliating for them to discover it had been canceled and held no funds.
I am furious with how this situation was handled. Management needs to address this with their staff immediately. I hope no one else has to go through such an upsetting experience. If you want to avoid this kind of incompetence and disrespect, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We recently used Yolanda’s to cater our 100-person Fire Department holiday party, and we could not be more impressed! From the planning stage through pickup, Savannah and Brett were incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating. They made the entire process easy and stress-free.
The food itself was absolutely delicious and it was hot and ready right at the exact pickup time we requested, which made coordinating the event seamless.

Traditional Mexican food. Served piping hot. Chile Relleno plate was very good. Street Tacos Carnitas had a good potion of meat. Guacamole was creamy and delicious. The hostess welcomed us and sat us right away. Our server was very professional. If you are in Oxnard and hungry for Mexican food stop in and try their food. Please share your experience with all of us.
