Ordered a large matcha strawberry drink, I was halfway done with the drink when I pulled this piece of thin plastic paper from my drink. They mentioned this has happened before and they refunded me. Do better staff I wouldn’t want this in my stomach.

I’m from San Diego and came over since I was told it’s great coffee. Caramel Salted drink was a disappointment. I asked if they could maybe remake it since it taste just like milk I was charged for extra expreso ahot to make it taste like coffee. &12 later still didn’t drink it. Plus the baristas attitude was very rude I guess it’s the area do not recommend this place

Decor, Tierra Mia standard, space utilization needs to be improved. And definitely needs some maintenance and update. Looks dirty, Old and not cared for.
Menu, can you please focus on your latino base menu, cafe con leche, cortado o cubano, cafe de la olla, chocolate. Let starbucks keep half descent lattes, caramel macchiatos. Just maintain the inside and outside of your location and keep on improving bean, drink quality and
barista skills.
