the spicy fried chicken is pretty good, juicy and well seasoned. biscuits are the best among the fried chicken chains. the mash potatoes had more gravy than mash potato so it was salty but not bad despite the saltiness. for some reason the mac and cheese portion didn’t really seem like a large size side for a family meal, it was just above halfway filled??

I normally have a great experience with this place but different people on staff. That don’t care about how they talk to customers ridiculous and give them lesser quantities of food then was ordered. If I paid for 2 large sides then I shouldn’t get two small and one large. A large is 16oz. A small is 6oz. So instead of asking if I minded you took upon yourself to give me two small mac and cheese. After I paid two dollars extra to get mac and cheese in the meal because it’s considered an upgrade. While waiting fourteen minutes for biscuits my food was left near where they make sandwiches. So it wasn’t even being kept hot. Manager was more concerned with getting off in 30mins than being respectful and making sure my food stayed near the heating elements to keep warm. Today’s experience horrible. Older guy that cooks the chicken made it wonderful as always.
Update: Ms. Veronica the district manger listened to my complaint and made right the wrong. She was very pleasant and apologized. Though it was not her fault. As I stated before I normally have a great experience. I am always greeted by Carol and she is always friendly and respectful. So I thank you both for treating me respectfully.

It makes me so angry to see how they rip people off. $50 for the chicken, the macaroni and cheese was raw, all the food ended up in the trash because it was inedible. They should shut this restaurant down; they serve everything raw. The food is awful. I think the chicken was from last year, raw and old, the salad tasted sour, it’s truly infuriating.

This is a pretty decent place. The few times I have been there the wait was a bit long and the speaker you order from at the drive through is very old and hard to understand but the food is decent. They always got my order right and were very professional.

My husband got us dinner around 8:30 and he said the service was the absolute best!! We love to eat church’s when we’re able to splurge cause it can be pricy. But all the food was so fresh. They literally made fresh tea for us. They filled our bag with napkins plates boats sauces. Thank you to the amazing workers

Everyone has horrible personalities, make you stand there while they have conversations about schedules, then they are out of chicken tenders AND they have a 15 minute wait for anything other than dark meat. Really? THIS is new management? Don’t waste your time. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Having experience as a manager in the fast food industry, customer service was always a strong point.
I fully believe that worker, and customer go hand in hand. You want me to spend my money at your establishment? I’m expecting great customer service. Just like you need paying customers and I want fresh, hot, food. BTW

The people that I interacted with were friendly. Drive-thru etiquette would do this location some good. A simple “Hi, welcome to Church’s…” with some enthusiasm as if you want customers at your establishment. The food was hot and fresh. But so are other food establishments. I have loved Church’s since I was a child. But customer service has always been a issue with not so much the company, is the people. But they can be trained . Not so much a complaint. Ty!

A total disaster. The food was raw and old, all of it went in the trash. Fifty dollars down the drain. The whole experience was horrible and disappointing.

The chicken was old seemed like it was days old. And it was not only cold but pink when you got close to the bone. I also had to go back to get my biscuits, after I had asked where they in the bag. Not happy with anything at all.
