Lets you order on the app while the restaraunt is closed. Call, talk to someone, theyre closed for maintenance. Cant refund my order though, so tough luck for me. Waiting in line at Taco Bell gives me time to type out my review though. Thanks for nothing.

We just went to the McDonald’s in warrensburg and all the screens were out. It took forever to place our order so we just figured we could go to the first window (we thought that was what everyone else was doing).
We explained what happened to the lady and she was so rude talking about “ you people need to learn how to wait in line” , and she said we had to go all the way around to place the order.
There was no proper communication and she was RUDE.
It’s the lady with the dreadlocks.

Went to the drive-thru, they asked if I had a mobile order. I said I did not have a mobile order. Then the person changed and asked what the code was. After a brief explanation that I didn’t have a mobile order I was cut to silence. This lasted about 10 seconds before I decided Culver’s is better anyways and left the drive thru

I ordered two McChickens and one large fry at this McDonald’s and when I received them my McChicken was very poorly made. My fries were stuffed into the container to where they were smashed and it did not appear to even be full! I waited in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes, they’re times were very good but the quality of the food is not very good at all. This is not the first time that I’ve had poor quality service from this McDonald’s. It’s probably happened to me about four or five times in a row now.

Manager didn’t know what the hell was going on, orders getting mixed I waited almost 40 minutes for a small frappe and some chicken nuggets. Several times I made eye contact with workers started to speak and they proceeded to help other people. Not to mention the customers that shoved their way to the counter. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in my damn life. Pathetic. Also red head guy working was so high it was blatantly obvious and was more concerned with checking his watch for the time than doing anything else. Poor hygiene as well.

Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered a 20 piece nugget. Cashier didn’t bother asking what sauces with it. Pull up to the window and ask for some sauce that should have been free with my food. Instead they charged me for each sauce packet. When I pointed it out, they refunded a third of the extra money they took instead of making it right. What the actual heck is right about that.

Mobile orders mean nothing, grill slips mean nothing they’ll refuse your mobile order if it’s after 3:30 even though the app says 3:59. If they make something wrong they want it back to “remake it” but they just wipe it off which doesn’t pose well when you’re allergic to the things you requested to be left off your food. Place has gone DOWNhill quick over the last 3-4 years. McDonald’s at the pilot at higgensville junction is WAY better ALWAYS has hot fresh food and smiles on their faces. This town sucks. Rant over
