The 2 by 2 was not prepared well. Disgusted.
They add the condiments directly on top of the food to heat them up according to Christina. Hard pass.
Customer simply wasn’t there.

Kim was an amazing server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. She checked on us often, kept our drinks full, and made the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. The food came out hot and quickly, and Kim’s positive attitude really stood out. She truly made our visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be asking for her again!

I let our waitress know my omelette tasted stale like ingredients were in the fridge too long. She made it right by talking to the manager, and he took it off our bill. Sandy was very upfront and friendly about the whole matter.

Sandy was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we sat down, her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness stood out. She was on top of everything before we even had to ask. Even when we had a small issue with our food, Sandy handled it with such grace and urgency. She made sure it was corrected immediately and checked back to ensure we were completely satisfied.
Her customer service was beyond amazing she truly made the entire experience feel special. Sandy is the kind of server every restaurant needs. We will definitely be back because of her!

We were in IHOP Plant city tonight. A young lady named Jay was fabulous. She is a very nice and talented waitress in this restaurant. she she made us so welcome. I feel so welcome that I would not have a problem going back any night that she’s working in this restaurant. I marked up top that the restaurant or the food was five stars. This IHOP is my go-to restaurant whenever I am craving pancakes. The servers are very nice and quick with service and the food never disappoints. My server was a nice lady named Sandy she was very friendly and has excellent hospitality. Overall this ihop compared to others I’ve been to is my favorite. Clean, fast (for a sit in restaurant) and tasty.

i had the pleasure to eat at this location with the lovely waitress Miss Taylor. She was very kind to our party of 7. She was very sweet to my younger siblings. The food was great and along with the drinks. But I did notice something that will immediately tank down how good the service and or food could be. Another server was being extremely rude towards taylor and even to the newer guests. Taylor came up to us to give us our to go plates and I noticed her mascara was running due to what I can assume was her becoming overwhelmed by how Toxic and disrespectful this fellow server was. I asked her what her name was and if she was new. Her name Is Jamie. She’s a new transfer from another store. I would come back immediately for taylor. But there’s no way in hell I will come back to a restaurant that allows coworkers to create a toxic atmosphere for those who create a positive environment for families to come and enjoy food. Disappointed in who the management team could be to allow someone like Jamie to be apart of their team. Do better Ihop at plant city.
