Tried for the first time today and our donuts are wonderful. They are very big and I feel reasonably priced. I have tried to go here once before and they were sold out. The lady working was very friendly. I chose to go inside just so I could see my choices but I may use the drive through in the future. I got 2 apple fritters, 2 cinnamon twists, 2 long johns and 6 regular frosted/iced donuts with sprinkles and it took 2 boxes to fit them all. They are big.

I have had donuts here a handful of times but always a slight disappointed. Donuts run out fast even early in the morning. Donuts are good as you can see in the picture, but sometimes seems like they are slapped together.

Please update your Google maps because it said you were open today from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. it’s a waste of my money and gas and time and people I brought to bring here. It would be very helpful if you would fix that. Other than that it sounds like you guys are a great place. Haven’t found a chance to actually come to you because we keep trying to listen to your hours that you post online. But we took a picture now and that should help us thank you. Please update again!

Beware! If placing a large order for an event, open the boxes and check the quality before leaving the store! I ordered 6 dozen for a Sunday morning special event, expecting the quality product I have received in the past. Only to find day old donuts at best. (You can’t fake a fresh glazed donut, the icing had completely absorbed into the donut) When I called about the quality I was told the owner would call me back. The owner did indeed call me, and proceeded to call me a liar and that I didn’t know quality and she didn’t care of I ever returned. Apparently customer service is as fresh as the donuts! Also keep in mind, this was a $100 order. Yep the prices that appear in the photos are out dated.

Overall best doubts I’ve had by far. They’re so good and huge and so delicious. I work on the road and have been all over the United States and this Shoo is the best by far!!!!!!! Keep up the good work guys.

The donuts are a little on the pricey side, but they taste delicious. Mocha doesn’t taste good enough to justify the $5 I paid. The manager wasn’t very friendly, didn’t even mention that there were free espresso shots (Mon/Wed/Fri) when I got coffee today, and she wouldn’t even give it to me when I asked after I paid, which most places like Starbucks would have been more than willing to just add into my drink. She also doesn’t seem very nice to the employees (which were very nice), huge red flag for me! The place also had no public wifi even though the entrance says it has.
Overall, donuts taste good. However, it is a little pricey and very clearly profit focused. Probably won’t be back.

A bit pricey, however the donuts were fantastic. It was out a ways from us, but worth the drive.
My grand daughter loved it and the staff was friendly. Will come again as I have lots of grandbabies that like donuts. My favorite is French cruller donut. Would you make those?
