You know what? Chili’s makes a pretty good burger. Got the 3 for Me with the Old Timer burger. It was tasty! Abby was fantastic, busy night for her but she was right there with us making sure we had everything we needed. Great service and good food made for a fun night!

Went with my husband on a Friday night and we had the pleasure of meeting JC!!!!! He was absolutely amazing!!!! He was so attentive and the best service we have ever had at any restaurant. We will definitely be coming back just because of him!!!!

Just had the worst experience tonight. I ordered a frozen margarita from the bar and it was delivered with a clump of hair just sitting on the top (hard to miss). I did not make a scene and politely asked the waitress to remake it. She quickly took it to her manager and I watched her remove the hair and then hand him the drink. The manager then disappeared to the kitchen with the drink. I assumed to dump it; however I thought that was strange that the waitress removed the hair first.
I was sitting directly across from the bar so I watched the bartender, expecting to watch her as she remade my drink; however, she did not remake it and approx 5 minutes later my server appeared from the kitchen with my drink. I immediately asked her where the drink came from as the bartender did not remake it. The waitress immediately stated, she can assure me her manager handled it. I replied that I want another drink remade at the bar. The server then gets her manager who comes over to advise me that he can assure me it was remade but would not confirm that the bartender remade it. I am absolutely disgusted and will never eat at this location again.

If I could give 10 stars to Courtney I absolutely would. She is a kind, sweet, q fantastic bartender and makes a mean Margarita. 10/10 recommend. Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Update, came in today and we had a amazing visit, the ribs were amazing!!!! Me and my partner came for a quick dinner after moving all day, we were seated very quickly the host was very polite and our server was very tentative to us , we ordered the two for one strawberry margaritas and they were decent ! We ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and the sea food pasta we both thought it was very good , I’d order it again but I’d request a little extra sauce! We also ordered the sampler which was very very good there Honey chipotle chicken crispers are super delicious as are there egg rolls. The only big thing I’d say needs to be fixed is the water they serve I love sink water myself so I’m not picky but there water tasted like dirt haha definitely upgrade your water choice for customers chilli’s!

Absolutely horrible! Ordered Texas dry rub baby back ribs. The ribs had a VERY HARD, thick crust. Took a bite and the meat was so dry and overcooked I could not chew it. Had to spit it out. Spent money and gas on this order and went without dinner. I called the restaurant and spoke with a Nick who said that he was the kitchen manager. I told him about the ribs and though he said that he would give a refund to be received in 7- 10 days; he was not sympathetic to my issue. He actually was defensive and borderline accusatory. He said that they had sold over 300 ribs during the day and no complaints, as if to say I was making it up. The only thing that stopped me from returning the order so that he could see it for himself is that I live over 10 miles away. I’m appalled, shocked, and disappointed. Needless to say that this restaurant will never waste my time or money again!

Food to go has gotten so bad I will no longer buy. Placed an order to be ready at 7. Got a text it would be ready between 6:57 and 7:02. Planned for that time to match my drive time. Got a text a few minutes later saying order was ready 15 minutes early. I call to ask why it was so early and the person just said it is sometimes early and had no concern that it would be soggy and cold when I could pick it up. Spoke to a manager and he also offered no consideration. And the boneless wings we quite sauce less. I have purchased there since they opened but take out quality has steadily declined to the point that I am done with this restaurant.

Poor service … We had to wait for the host more than 15 minutes near the entrance. One family went off after waiting. Some servers and the host saw us waiting but didn’t come to us. Even those servers didn’t tell the host, they were passing us many times and then we asked from one person that “Can we get a seat ?” … He told us “We have 2 hosts, they are busy serving food and one of them will come once they are done” … Then after waiting sometime a host came and apologized and asked for a minute to clean the table. But she didn’t clean it properly … It was sticky … When I told the server, he cleaned it again … Food was great. Normally I love their food. This is my first time in this place and I’m not happy with the service …

The main course is always good, however, the sides are always meh. Last time my rice was like rubber and this time my boyfriend and I got Mac and soup. The people working are always super nice but please stop giving us bad sides.
