We stopped here for a quick lunch and we were not disappointed. We had eaten there before but not for some time. This time we tried the Chicken Philly sandwich and Ultimate Fries for just unbelievable $15.00. It was plenty for my wife and I to split. We were helped by a nice gal whom I can not remember her name. She was tall and had tattoos on her arms. She was very happy and cheerful and pleasant. This is someplace we will surely return to!

Very impatient with us when trying to order. We ordered a boneless combo and regular cheesesteak combo. Instead they charged us for a large combo and didn’t give us the boneless combo so they could charge us an extra$5 for another drink. I tried to explain this to them and they just brushed me off saying it’s how the machine adds it up. Never going here again, they’ll just scam you. Our subtotal should’ve been 22.75 not 29.45.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes until anyone even acknowledged me. As soon as they did they said hold on and then proceeds to ignore me some more. The cook seemed to only be able to cook one Philly at a time even though he probabaly could fit 10-12. Get some skilled cooks. I gave up and walked away. There was a family that stated they had been waited over 30 minutes for their food. It wasn’t even busy.

A lady named April is the rudest most unprofessional employee I’ve ever met in my life. And I’ve been alot of places. She just stared daggers at me and my son from the back, then finally walked up to the counter and said nothing just stared at us. So we gave our orders and she still said nothing just glared at us. My son ordered a small soda, she canceled it and then charged for a large. She still said nothing she was so angry it was scary. I wanted to leave but I didn’t want to ask for my money back, didn’t want to fight with her. I also gave her a tip.
She was smashing a spatula on the chicken. She made us sloppy food while talking to some other guy in the back. He set our food up on the counter. I was scared we were going to get food poison from the chicken. And the finale thing that’s crazy is she told the next people that came up we are closed this was at 5:30 p.m. they don’t close until 7. She should be fired immediately the rudest nastiest employee I’ve ever seen or met hands down. I’ll be contacting manager. And corporate. Just wow!!!!!

I had the absolute most salty old school cheesesteak ever. Actually the saltiest meal/food that I’ve ever had from any resturant in my entire life. I’m someone that enjoys more salt than your average person and I couldn’t even eat more than 2 bites soley because of the salt levels. The amount of salt in the food seemed heinous, there’s no way that the food is supposed to be this salty. This is not the first time my food was too salty at this location. I use to love charleys at the maplewood, mn location. However the apache location has let me down each time and I’m absolutely done going there. No redeeming qualities about my experience. Now my stomach hurts.
