I arrived at Subway and there was one customer, so I waited for him to be served. When he finished, I approached the counter to order, and the employee told me to wait because he had another order. I waited, and before he finished, another customer arrived. When it was my turn, I placed my order. While he was toasting my order, he served the other customer. When he finished toasting my order, he put the other customer’s order in the toaster. Then, the employee started preparing my sandwiches. When my order was ready, I thought he would charge me, but no, he started preparing the other customer’s sandwich. I got angry and told him that I had waited for him to finish the other order because the other customer couldn’t wait. After he finally charged me, I left.

I don’t do Reviews but the worker Gus always does everything amazing and fast with great service. I’m not sure how long his been working there for but always does his job amazing… not sure if he is the manager but give him a raise. He also gave me a recommendation on my sandwich I followed his recommendation and came out better than how i usually get it.

All workers were incredibly rude. I asked for a 12inch, but right away asked for a 6in instead and then he completely ignored me like he didn’t hear me. (I yelled it fairly loud enough for him to hear! ) then when I asked why he didn’t do what I asked, he said I had too much attitude. Completely rude, and he wrapped my sandwich poorly to where practically everything fell out and soaked through.

Food was ok. Tried to use advertised coupons but store wouldn’t accept them if they weren’t on paper—even though online coupons had QR code and stated what code to use Subway prices have gotten outrageously expensive

One time here in Las Cruces.I had a young lady who refused to put more onions on my sub.. It upset me so much I just walked out and left. I mean, I was paying for it.. I mean Why could I not get more onions on my sub?It didn’t make any sense to me.I blew my mind.

Just ordered a FOOTLONG PRO with no extra add ons, they sent me a 6 inch sandwich. It was $20! Who ever made the sandwich, how did they actually thought a 6 inch sandwich was worth almost $20!!
I would get it if I added those extra things that cost money when you add them! But I DID NOT added nothing extra!
Disappointed that I got charged $20 for a $11 sandwich.

Bread was hard. I believe it was old bread. I had ordered one a few days ago in El Paso but this one in Las Cruces was awful bread. Had to tear it apart for my 87 year old mom.

Not a good experience. I got there hungry for dinner and went to use the restroom before I ordered a meal and immediately lost my appetite. I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. There was toilet paper all over the floor over flowing out of the trash can and worst part the toilet seat had blood on it as well as the inside! It was just filthy I didn’t even want to touch the saop dispenser. It just made e question the cleanliness in the kitchen. From one manager to another that is unacceptable. I think some training and rules are due.
