I am very disappointed in the one on South 3rd Street. Ordered a roast beef and cheddar and said only wanted roast beef and cheddar. It came with tomatoes lettuce onion horseradish and I did not want that. And the guy who took the order was very rude. And for two sandwiches it took 20 minutes and I ordered and waited at the building. Horrible customer service, won’t be returning.

Jimmy John’s was an excellent experience. I got to try a new sandwich which was recommended to me and it was excellent. The staff was friendly courteous and very helpful. They have plastic partition at checkout the tables and floors are washed and they wear masks.
So I definitely recommend Jimmy John’s for a quick bite to eat, a very good bite to eat.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I ordered on their app. I got nothing but drinks, the food did not arrive. I called the store asking about the food. They said the driver took a picture. I said well then he picked it up after he took a picture. Then brought it all the way up to their General Manager. The general manager kept questioning me. He made the suggestion that my dog ate it. If my dog ate it, 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips, there would be something, not just a bag and drinks standing straight up perfect. There would be wrappers right? Or did he think the dog ate the wrappers? So because he kept questioning me, it was apparent they would take no responsibility. So he hung up on me and would not give me a refund or resend the money. over 38 bucks mind you.. and tip. I will not be going to Jimmy Johns any more.

Ordered the #11 which is turkey, ham, and provolone. I payed the $2.75 up charge to add some salami to my sandwich.
The sandwich was thin and did not have any ham on it. This is the second time I’ve ordered extra meat and gotten less.
Sadly, I won’t be returning.

My only complaint is that it is a little bit difficult to get into, coming off of a busy highway. So location isn’t ideal.
But, I ordered a sandwich for pickup, and it was waiting and ready for me when I got there. It was loaded with toppings and was delicious. There is definitely a freshness to Jimmy Johns that other sandwich shops just don’t have.
