Hate to leave bad reviews but enough is enough. I’ve tried to give both locations the benefit of the doubt for months but I’ve just had enough. Orders wrong or poorly filled every single time. How hard is it to make a cheesy bean and rice burrito? It’s three ingredients. It doesn’t include onions. It’s more than just a folded tortilla. What I don’t understand the most is how they can get it wrong *so many times*. Are you guys just not training people?

My favorite place to go!….when I want to be ignored. Nothin g better than standing at the front counter while workers stare at you from behind the line and don’t even say anything to you. That is unless several minutes pass. Then you may get the good ole “you can use the kiosk” from the back. Picking up door dashes from this place is even worse.

Tables were disgusting. Had to clean them off myself. Asked for light lettuce was more lettuce than anything else. No chicken on my chicken quesadilla. Got nacho fries.they were old. Hardly any fris. No cheese. Ice machine was broke. Had to ask at the counter. Customer service was horrible.

Worst taco bell in the area. Takes forever. And when you get your food, it’s marginal. Regional management needs to step in and fix this place. I would put 0 stars if I could. I know there are some good people there because I’ve chatted with them. Won’t go to this location again. The fake 5 star reviews on here are a joke.

Stopped for lunch today with other people. They were out of half the ingredients, the soda fountain was down, no straws and out of most of the sauces.

I ordered the 3 crunchy taco supreme. My first taco didn’t contain any visible taco meat, just lettuce, cheese and tomato, no sour cream either. The second taco did contain some taco meat, but was so busted up it was hard to tell what it was, again no sour cream. The last taco,contained maybe a teaspoon of meat, Lettuce. No cheese, tomatoes or sour cream. The others I was with all mentioned their food items were missing several ingredients as well.

Hopefully Corporate will see this and take notice.

Nobody to take our order and had to wait around 15 minutes for food after using the kiosk. Soda machine broken could not get a refill. Would not recommend going inside. Food was great.

Yesterday I stopped in to get a steak power bowl. When I got home I saw that there was no steak. I normally don’t call when a place makes a mistake, as I know these things can happen, but I really wanted that steak. I called the store and told the polite gentleman on the phone that my order was wrong. He asked his manager for instructions then returned and told me to bring my receipt and they would replace it. I told the young man thank you and I was happy with the service he gave me.

I arrived today and told the man at the speaker that I needed an order replaced. He told me no and said that I would need to purchase a whole new one. I tried to communicate to him that my order was not right, and that the gentleman I spoke to agreed to replace my order. He said he was the GM and was very adamant that he would not replace my order and said the shift leader was in the wrong for doing this.

I was rather shocked. I said no thank you and left. I would have preferred that management honor it’s verbal agreement with the customer. I really like this location, their food is good and the staff is nice and often funny. I wish that some of the management could be the same way.

Stopped at Taco Bell on Lexington Rd today and ordered 3 doritos tacos.. The first one I opened had the meat on the outside of the shell and the shell was so soggy it fell to pieces. I live less than a mile from the store. So I know that the amount of time I took to eat it wasn’t the issue. The second taco I opened had all the toppings on the outside of the shell and it looked like they had accidentally added tomatoes and lettuce and just decided to scrape it all off and give it to me anyway. It really sucks to spend 25 dollars somewhere and not be able to eat the majority of the food you ordered because the cooks were so careless.. The front line staff were wonderful, professional and polite and it’s a shame they’re getting a bad rep because of the back line staff.

I would NOT recommend this restaurant. We stopped here on a road trip and the restrooms are dirty & there are huge cracks between the doors. You can literally see right in. The floors in the entire restaurant are dirty. We, along with another party, waited at the front for like 10 minutes before anyone was available to take our order. We (party of 4) waited along with multiple other parties for 40 Minutes + for a small order. I made a mistake and threw away my ticket – they made me pay for my order again. This is what a large order of nacho fries looked like here. Edit: the cashier did see an elderly gentleman beside me getting really cranky about the wait and handed us some vouchers for a free Crunchwrap with our next orders. Unfortunately, I’m afraid nothing can redeem this lacking experience.

Outstanding friendliness. I went thru drive thru and was pleasantly surprised by the warm way my order was handled. As I started to leave, I discovered my soft tacos were actually crunchy. I can’t swear I remembered to ask for soft … but that was no problem. My order was changed with a smike– actually 3 smiles: the person who took my order, the cook who corrected my order, and a third person busy cleaning the dining area. Really sets this location apart, in my mind!
