The food was amazing. Service was spot on and love the decor and layout. I had Sushi and my wife had steak hibachi. It was all made so well. Definitely if you are in the area give them a try.

I was in and out in thirty minutes. The place wasn’t busy at the time and the food came out at the same time as my appetizer. My steak, although seared on all sides so it’s hard to tell, was a perfect medium as requested. The gyoza was amazing, crispy, and fresh. My only complaint is that the fried rice fails to be fried, it was the same texture as normally cooked rice, and it tasted mostly unseasoned. I ordered it without veggies, so maybe that would have helped enhance the flavor. Next time I will get noodles instead here. Everything else was lovely and I will definitely be back again.

My best hibachi experience to date. I love Japanese food in general but the dining experience at this restaurant made it even more enjoyable. I’m used to all hibachi chefs having great personalities but this one was top tier to say the least we came in with a group of 8 at about an hour and a half until claoin

Sat at the non show table, service was fast and yummy. Giving it 4 stars because they went a tad heavy on that salad dressing. Would go again if I’m in the area

A solid 3.8/5
My husband and I love the tabletop dining option for privacy. A good quick place to get Japanese. Love the lunch menu and pricing. Sushi and hibachi.

Saisaki blends fresh sushi, sizzling hibachi, and a modern, relaxing vibe into one memorable dining experience. Whether you’re in the mood for artfully rolled sushi or a hibachi show with fire and flair, they deliver on both fronts.

The sushi rolls are beautifully presented and packed with flavor — fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and just the right balance of texture and creativity. The Volcano Roll and Crunchy Shrimp Roll are fan favorites for a reason.

Love the lunch bento boxes!!!

If you’re at the hibachi grill, expect a fun, interactive meal with generous portions, tender steak or chicken, and veggies grilled to perfection. The fried rice is buttery and flavorful, and the yum yum sauce is a must on everything.

Service is fast and friendly, and the ambiance is a nice mix of upscale and casual. Great for a night out, a date, or just treating yourself.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆
(4.5/5 – good quick sushi and hibachi in a welcoming setting)

Great salad, good clear soup, fabulous tempura ice cream. Sushi, sashimi, and chicken katsu was great as well. Hibachi chicken was a bit dry and the noodles were overloaded with pepper. Service was really good as well. It is a bit expensive compared to other Japanese restaurants in the area.

I’ve been waiting for saisaki to open and we went for our first time today. It is our new favorite Japanese hibachi restaurant. The salad dressing is creamy not gritty and a hint of ginger. The soup was good and I love the big plastic spoons for it. The fried rice was good and smoky like I like. I tried my wife’s noodles and they were the best I’ve had. Not too sweet. I got filet and shrimp. The shrimp were big and fresh. The filet was good. I dieted rate because the usually cook it too much and it was over some. The vegetables were great as well. I love ginger sauce for dipping , yum yum is good but too sweet for my taste. They have teriyaki dipping sauce over never seen at the other Japanese places and it’s a little thicker and sweeter just how I like the glaze on my shrimp. Rich eats was our cook but Charlie saw me come in and say high. We used to ask for home at Kobe’s. 15 or 20 years ago. He is an amazing cook. I can’t wait to go back. Friendly staff. It was 12 noon on a Saturday and they didn’t make us wait until someone else came in. We got to eat by ourselves. I’m so happy they are open close to me. We went again tonight 8-28-23 and it’s was perfect again. The portion sizes are better than anywhere else. The vegetables have an equal amount of everything , not all one thing. The shrimp are huge 2 biters I call them. The filet is good quality meat. Charlie was our cook. I asked for him. He gives an amazing funny show

I ordered take out. The food was delicious but the price I paid at pick up was higher than the prices on the online menu. I think someone should take a look at the menu on Google maps. Everything else was fabulous.
