Stopped in for lunch and had a beer of my own, I also tried a few others. Drinks were solid, the food on the other hand was not. Our server seemed annoyed and rude from the start. Not sure if she was overwhelmed with other tables, but this was at 11:15am.

I ordered the onion ring app to start. It was well above average. Perfectly cooked but could have been seasoned better. Not a ton of flavor in the batter, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Ok, here is where things fall apart. I ordered the Sweet Heat Chicken Sandwich as my entree. When it came, I noticed it consisted of two small, thin chicken patties like you would find in the frozen food section at your local grocery store. Once I bit into the sandwich, my suspicions were confirmed: processed chicken. Not what I was expecting from this establishment. To be clear, my expectation was for a fresh chicken breast, battered and fried on site. I tried my best to capture this in the photos I took. I was extremely disappointed to say the least, especially for the price point. (The fries and Mac and cheese were excellent!)

I would return in the future for drinks, however I will eat elsewhere.

Both our meals were overcooked. The Honey Badger Burger should have been well done but ended up dry and chewy, and the seasonal Harvest Gnocchi was also dry and lacking (all the sauce sank to the bottom). The beer selection was good, but the meal overall was disappointing.

Food and drinks were served for a long time. The server we had was nice though.

The area is really nice and cozy. We enjoyed eating outside.

The foods that we ordered was absolutely delicious and satisfying. Except for the mac and cheese where the cheese seemed grainy and not fully melted. Oh, and they disappointingly forgot to put cheese in the build-your-own burger that we also ordered *not pictured*.

Get the onion rings though, the dips that came with it were absolutely delicious!!!

Super cool brewery! Staff was super friendly, super clean! We had an app and the Mac and cheese with the pulled pork! It was ridiculous how good it was! The beer was great too! A must visit if you are in the area!

Food was horrid. I was served “french fries” that were 1/8 inch to maybe 1.5 inches long. Bottom of the bin. Should have been tossed. And the “pretzel bites”??? Are you kidding? Hamburger was a 2 out of 5. For $14? No way!

Absolutely wonderful!!! The menu has plenty of choices!
The food, the service, the craft beer…and the patio since we brought our dachshund! Shout out to Jasmine who took such great care of us. We ordered the Whiskey Battered Onion Rings as our appetizer followed by the Swiss Mushroom hamburger/ Chicken sandwich with the side salad.

Looks like it’s gonna shape up to be a nice spot for gathering with your people with food and tasty beverages. From what I understand, it’s only been open for 3-4 weeks. Our waiter told us new things, food and drink wise are coming to the menu. The place is nice, with outdoor seating for your favorite 4-legged friend! Provided they are good with others. The inside looked nice. Outside was a shop to buy shirts, glassware, and even dog water bowls! There was also cool water features like a small pond and working water wheel. They have another building outside for private events. The staff was great. They were a little busy but when they got to ya, they took the time to pay attention to you and your order, so good job, even if they brought me the wrong drink, they still done well.
The food was good. Fries were typical affair, but served in a cool little basket. The burger was a little better than average, but not by much. The pork rind nachos were amazingly good. As always, three notched beers are excellent. Definitely worth going for the beer, the nachos, and a nice place to hang out with family and friends. Go check them out!
Update. The pork skin nachos are off the menu. The beer is still good, as is the service. The food is good, but I have cold fries delivered on two separate occasions now. Everyone in the party of 4 had cold fries. The place still has an awesome atmosphere, and it’s dog friendly. Still definitely worth having a meal there and trying a tasty brew, like local lager!

Food is limited but very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The beer is good but the bourbon is better. Came back again. They added a few new items to the menu. The 40 mile Philly was really good so was the beer. I also had to pick up a few bottles of the bourbon. The Hatch is very good. Sad to see that they had a fire and it burnt down a few buildings.

I was in a large group that had lunch after a morning hike. It’s the same high quality beer and food as the Charlottesville location, but a wonderful out in the country vibe. Our group was served on point and efficiently over two large hi top tables. Seating was also available outside, with lots of space and shade.

I twice enjoyed one of the Fresh Beers (IPA), and bought a 4-pack of the West Coast IPA to go.

Food! The menu is robust. I chose the PitMaster Burger, which combines pulled pork with a large burger patty. It was very filling and delicious. The pork has a stronger flavor, and it worked well for me. The hand cut fries with sea salt were excellent.

My wife had the steak Caeser salad. She ate every bite of a generous bowl. The sirloin steak was very good, but some gristle was present.

Strongly recommend this brewpub!

There were people at the tables around us sitting a server was taking there order. She never acknowledged us. About 10 minutes later she brought out their drinks. I asked her if she would take our order. She said we would have to go into the bar area to go rder
