I have never been in a bad Panera until today. No one is in line. No one comes to the counter. I’m waiting to even order. There is no ice for my drink. It’s in a pitcher where water is melting in my drink and is now diluted with water. So I had to pour off the water first before I got my drink.
Nathan, who is the assistant manager took my order and has the personality of a speed bump. Even the furniture is in disrepair. Very sad!

never left a review before but today I ordered the toasted italiano without any of the veggies so just ham salami and cheese. i was given the sandwich and it had only two pieces of the salami and no ham. it was just bread and cheese and aioli at that point it felt like i was just eating hard bread with mayo. so annoying when it costs $8 for a sandwich, i would’ve had them remake it but i didn’t look at it while i was still there.

Wouldn’t suggest going, this place is a scam. Got 2 small smoothies $7 each along with what you see in the pictures and ended up paying $60!

I’ve been here three or four times before, and overall the cashiers are very helpful and polite. This complaint is specifically about today’s order—the portions were microscopic! I paid real money, not Monopoly. I need real food with actual size, not this. Will be asking for a refund!

Placed a delivery order to be sent to my husband at work and the DoorDash driver Khaled, forgot the drink and was not responding when I asked if it was being brought back. He then messaged back and said when he asked the employees if there was a drink with the order, they said no. The receipt clearly stated there was a beverage on the order. Not only was the driver unresponsive, he did not offer to correct the issue nor take accountability for not reading the order correctly and either forgetting the drink or keeping it for himself. The order was also incorrect.

There was no waiting and our food came faster than they expected. Since they out of avacdos I tried the BBQ chicken salad was amazing so many flavors I highly recommend it. The pizza was just ok didn’t taste homemade. They have lemonade energy drinks now with caffeine,a good alternative choice then pop. The place was clean and cozy. They even had a fireplace going which was nice in a cold fall day.

I’ve never left a review in my life, but I felt this was needed. I usually have a great experience dining in at this location, but my recent pickup order was unexpectedly disappointing. I placed an order at 1:16 PM with an estimated pickup time of 1:45 PM. I arrived once the order was marked “Ready” on the screen with my name clearly displayed. I even spelled it out for the staff member helping me, yet he claimed he didn’t see my order. His coworker eventually pointed out that he had my ticket in his hand the entire time. It had been sitting ready for 15 minutes, and I received no apology for the delay or confusion, just other staff saying “it’s been a long day”. The staff member was a white man with long light brown hair, in case that helps identify who was involved.
To top it off, I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad… and they forgot the chicken.
This was a frustrating experience from start to finish, especially given how consistently positive my visits have been in the past.

I don’t know why they have 3.6 stars. They are amazing and really good service. I go there everyday for lunch from my work and never had any complaints about their food or service. One time I had a missing sandwich and they instantly took the issue into note and gave a replacement on the next day. I mean mistake happens right? I have zero complaints about them.

Genuinely have never written a review before but this is literally the worst Panera Bread I have ever been too. Me and my friend ordered bread bowls there. While we were there the girl upfront in the window was complaining about how many bread bowls she had to make.” My friend got her bread bowl and my order was the order called off directly behind her. Conveniently they didn’t have enough bread bowls. To make up for it they gave me 2 hard ah pieces of bread. On top of that they forgot my boyfriend’s sandwich. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay almost 11$ for a bread bowl and soup, and just because your employee was to lazy to make it I don’t get it. This is an embarrassment of an establishment, and needs new management immediately. Gladly will never be coming here again.
