I will never eat at Taco Bell ever again.
They got a guy standing in the drive-thru. Doesn’t know what the menu is.
And then you go inside and you have to use a kiosk instead of just ordering your food.
No thank you.
Never again.
I hope the restaurant chain closes for good

The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. Rick greeted me when I was ready to order, he was super friendly and just happy in general! I got my food super fast, but maybe a little too fast because the quesadilla I ordered wasn’t fully grilled and was only cut in half, which made it hard to eat. The atmosphere was okay, this location has a modern feel, not somewhere that you want to sit and enjoy your food, but it being fast food I don’t want to mark them down for that, and it wouldn’t be the workers fault anyways. There was nothing that went above and beyond, except for the customer service from Rick, who I give 5 ⭐’s to!

No one likes the awful drive thru thing. Making your poor employees stand in the weather and your customers to have to hold some menu that who knows how many people touched is a bad choice. We want to look at the menu board just like every other fast food restaurant out there.

Walked in around to the counter around 3:30 pm, and a young lady named Rae came straight over to me from the drive thru window to help me. Not only was I able to have an actual person over a kiosk, but she made it super fast! Food was good too!

I am so sick and tired of pulling up and seeing someone outside carhop style. All it does is move the line back like 4 ft. I’ve talked to management about why they do it and they claim it makes it faster but ive been in line where they do and do not have it and it doesnt make it faster. The only other tacobell ive seen do this is the post falls one and they suck too. This also shows you dont care about your employees because if you did they’d be inside in the heat in winter and a/c in the summer. Got them working outside like trade labor but with worse pay

Half of my order was missing and all of it was packaged like crap and when I called to complain about it basically laughed. I get that you guys are teenagers and you don’t really wanna be there but you have a job to do and people are actually paying money For you guys to make their food and package it I spent like $50 and half of my order was missing $50 is already ridiculous and I love Taco Bell. I’m never like this, but I paid a lot of money half of my order was missing. I called to complain and I had a bratty teenager basically laughing in my face. Just do your job.

Service was very helpful and receptive with an issue we had with the mobile app and it placing our order at a location 3 hours away, they told us how to fix it, we placed an order with this location as well and it was made quickly. They were very courteous, one of the best locations ive visited before.

The tables were dirty. Great tunes were playing. Over all, yes I recommend it and I will be going back. Went inside to eat. I had a cheese cassadea and a 5 layer burrito. Both were so yummy… The service was excellent!

A really good taco bell. Ingredients tasted fresh, the place was tidy and well decorated for Halloween. Rick, the cashier, was probably the kindest and most genuine fast food employee I’ve ever met. Great guy, made me feel welcome.

Pleasantly surprised as we rolled up to order to find a lovely gentleman: GAVIN – to take our order. He knew the menu and was very helpful to the degree where what we were originally going to order became a choice that saved us money/had a better outcome overall.
Gavin gave myself (and friend) the most pleasant Taco Bell experience yet – thank you for hiring this man/he deserves a raise/praise/promotion of sorts.
