I had to use the restroom before I ordered my food and I have to admit I was very surprised at how cleaned and stocked the bathroom was ans it also smelled really really great in there. The floors were clean the toilet itself was immaculate I usually have to wipe off the seat when I got into the stall I didn’t have to wipe nothing down it was already clean…. now on the the staff they have all been very nice respectful and I got my food within 5 min after I ordered my food and the order was % correct. I would request that all the afternoon/night shift and late night staff get a $5.00 i can’t say how proud I am to have the chance to right the review and give a place eat dinner with my family. FIX your drink machines. I have come through like 4 times and every time the Sprite Zero and Coke Zero are simply carbonated water. That is, there is 0 flavor. This is just ONE example of the consistent issues at this location.

Worst experience ever. The service at this location just continues to plummet over time. I have officially marked it off our list for good. We went there Saturday night Nov 8th thru drive. There were 4 of us. I ordered my food and asked for a coke. The lady yelled they didn’t have coke. I said it’s on your menu? She said we don’t have it right now. So I said no drink then. She snaps a total. I said wait I have more orders. So I start saying the next one…she cuts me off with questions. I don’t say anything. She snaps a total. I said maam I have more orders! I then said I want a big bacon classic with pickle and….she cuts me off again. Single! Double! Or triple!? I said maam. I’m trying to give you my order. Stop cutting me off and rushing my order. She yelled “I have to know what size before I can put anything else!” I said “well then talk to me like a person and don’t keep yelling!” We finally got our orders…the fries were stone cold. The burgers tasted like they had been left on the grill 10 minutes too long. Dry and burnt…. And the soda they did have was flat. I should note we were the only car in drive and there was one customer inside. So they weren’t slammed

My food was warm, but I like it hot. I asked could it be dropped fresh. The young lady Shay did it with no hesitation, while serving others customers as well. Great customer service, clean, and great atmosphere.

There was only three cars in line… waited at least 30 minutes. The woman had to ask me three times what I ordered (twice through the speaker and once at the window). Finally got my junior bacon cheeseburger and nuggets. The cheeseburger was smashed, must have been sitting under something for hours and had no lettuce or tomato. I received the spicy nuggets – which I did not order. This location continues to go downhill. Compared to the one at Page and 170, the Hampton location is a dumpster fire.

This will be the last time I ever eat at a Wendy’s for the rest of my life. Even though I went inside and placed my order instead of ordering online delivery, I still received a completely cold burger and was missing several of the chicken nuggets I paid for. Not only could these people not handle counting to the number six, but they gave me an old and cold burger. The person who took my order was talking on their cell phone with someone else while they put in my order and then refused to give me my receipt and just walked away. I did not press the issue because I thought ” I only ordered two things and they don’t even have to count to ten, there is no way they can mess this up,” but man did you prove me wrong. A whole team there and they still are 0/2 on the order. I cannot even imagine how many of you it takes to change a light bulb.

Very poor, unfriendly service. Some of our food was incorrect. I asked for ketchup at the drive thru window and the girl said, “We don’t have ketchup.” We are traveling thru so won’t ever be back, but wanted to warn others. You might want to go elsewhere and if corporate even cares, they may want to pay a visit as well after reading all the negative reviews. Really unfortunate experience!

Very nice and modern interior. Too bad it was closed at 6pm with no sign saying why, when the sign even says the dinning area close at 10pm. Had to go through the drive through to get my order. Furthermore, staff had a bad attitude. No smile, no “ok” or “hold on a second”. Just rudely walk away to get your order. The entire crew needs to be replaced. As for the food, the bottom bun of a burger was rock hard.
