And I ordered a medium Dr Pepper and a medium diet Dr pepper I got two regular Dr peppers as well 🙁
The person at the window, I will say, was incredibly sweet and kind but, man I just wish orders would be handed out correctly the first time.
On this trip I got the grilled nuggets meal. I (quickly and easily) switched out my fries for their new mac n cheese (first time trying it and I’ll be getting it again) and got an “Arnold Palmer” lite sugar to drink. Everything tasted great.
I’m running a weekend crew for a job and i had promised them chickfila breakfast. I knew it was going to be a large order (20 chicken minis, 20 hashbrowns) so I placed the order more than a half hour before arriving. AFTER I had arrived and AFTER they gave me confirmation and while I was stuck in the drive through line they told me they would have to refund the order.. needless to say I was not impressed. Especially considering they easily cooked that same amount of food during my wait in the drive through line. Which i was stuck in for at least a total of 15 minutes. If I had been in two cars and split the order I’m sure they would have made both, they just saw 20 orders and said “screw that”. Thats poor service, poor work ethic and poor leadership. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade so I know the difference between having the ability to do something, and having the will to do something. They did not have the will to do their jobs. It’s that simple.
I still like chikfila,I will continue to eat at other ones but this one handled this order so poorly. If youre that busy maybe cancel before I get there, or don’t let the charge go through at all, but it wasnt about how busy they were. now I look like a jerk to my entire team. Thanks
Btw I drove over to the place with the golden arches and placed a similar order with no lead time and they had it done in time and were just as busy as the chikfila
