I’m sad, we used to count on chick fil a but lately they’ve been falling short. I don’t really care how nice the employees are if the food isn’t correct/fresh/tasty. 🙁 the last several visits the food has not been good. I did a mobile order today and I am so sad 🙁 I placed a rather large order through the app to get food for my employees today. I was missing 2 fries, my Cobb salad had NO CHICKEN, and all of our sauces. It’s so frustrating because I came to pick up food for my employees on their break so it’s not like I can just drive back to CFA and get what I was missing.
And I ordered a medium Dr Pepper and a medium diet Dr pepper I got two regular Dr peppers as well 🙁
The person at the window, I will say, was incredibly sweet and kind but, man I just wish orders would be handed out correctly the first time.

Yes, just go and eat the chicken. The level of service is all I need to continue eating this place twice a week. Chick-fil-A has raised the bar on customer service and has ruined the experience at every other drive-through.

9-13-19 Friday lunch time. Everyone was nice, the food was delicious and the store was clean and yes even the restroom. This location is running a tight race with the location in Kenner Louisiana. By far both of these locations are the best Chick-Fil-A’s that I’ve been to. Your in and out in a timely manner even when there’s a lot of people in line. Great job, I will definitely be back to this location PS: I go to this location all the time

If you get a salad be sure to check it before you leave. I bought a side salad that had rotten lettuce and old tomatoes in it. I usually have great experiences with Chick-fil-A but that hasn’t been the case with the locations on Thomas Rd. Really disappointed.

The workers in this chain are always pleasant, this location was no different. The restraunt is spacious and clean. The food was served hot and fast and with a smile. If I pass through this area again you can bet I’ll be going back again. Thank you.
On this trip I got the grilled nuggets meal. I (quickly and easily) switched out my fries for their new mac n cheese (first time trying it and I’ll be getting it again) and got an “Arnold Palmer” lite sugar to drink. Everything tasted great.

CFA has become a total disgrace! Continuously serving not so fresh food! It’s disgusting to see that you all promote a friendly, fresh environment but actually you lack it! This location needs some sort of rearranging with employees. When complaints come in or you mess up an order the phone just rings and rings, they expect you to leave a message.

Let me start by saying I don’t normally give bad reviews because I don’t like to complain but I had an issue with this particular chikfila that was really inexcusable.
I’m running a weekend crew for a job and i had promised them chickfila breakfast. I knew it was going to be a large order (20 chicken minis, 20 hashbrowns) so I placed the order more than a half hour before arriving. AFTER I had arrived and AFTER they gave me confirmation and while I was stuck in the drive through line they told me they would have to refund the order.. needless to say I was not impressed. Especially considering they easily cooked that same amount of food during my wait in the drive through line. Which i was stuck in for at least a total of 15 minutes. If I had been in two cars and split the order I’m sure they would have made both, they just saw 20 orders and said “screw that”. Thats poor service, poor work ethic and poor leadership. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade so I know the difference between having the ability to do something, and having the will to do something. They did not have the will to do their jobs. It’s that simple.
I still like chikfila,I will continue to eat at other ones but this one handled this order so poorly. If youre that busy maybe cancel before I get there, or don’t let the charge go through at all, but it wasnt about how busy they were. now I look like a jerk to my entire team. Thanks
Btw I drove over to the place with the golden arches and placed a similar order with no lead time and they had it done in time and were just as busy as the chikfila
