The food is super yummy and always hot!! The staff is friendly and helpful. The tables are always clean, as is the floor. Did I mention the food is great?? I love their plain wings…so tasty and their pizzas are so good and the salads are always fresh and crispy.

There’s a current special going on with half off specialty pizzas. Ordered the pizza yesterday at noon and tipped ahead. Went to pick up my order a couple hours later and got home. Open our boxes of pizzas to literally see a third of the pizza is crust. I’m not kidding and I wish I was exaggerating. My first slice was literally 1/3 of crust, the next third with sauce and cheese, and the bottom third was the one that actually had toppings. I think what angered me is the fact that I tipped $10 ahead already with my order, than for me to get all my three pizzas to basically be a third or half crust and cheese. The reason why I gave a 3 out of 5 star is because this is my second time ordering from this place. The first time was probably 6+ mths ago but the pizzas were fine then. Maybe it was just the worker that day? I am so disappointed.

My supervisor at MSU placed a large order for our event recently 2 weeks in advance and the day of, they messed up our order and failed to deliver more than half of what we ordered which ruined the experience for a lot of the students at our event. This is the third time they’ve messed up orders for us. If you work at MSU I would recommend ordering from Peppinos or Cottage Inn because they are more reliable. Also the pizza here isn’t really good anyway.

The manager was super sweet to us. We didn’t even realize the time and he gave us a lunch deal closer to dinner time even though he didn’t have to. Him and the cashier were super nice and made sure to check in on us if we needed anything. The place was super clean! Even the bathroom! Love the people and the food was a 10!

We ordered a half and half pizza and a cheese bread. When the pizza came out of the oven, I overheard Rich, the manager, saying the pizza was not made half and half. Rich also asked his staff where the cheese bread was and indicated he specifically asked one of the workers if she was making the bread beforehand. The bread for our order was not made, so Rich told his workers that he was going to steal the bread from a delivery order, and that the order would just be late. All of this was overheard while waiting in the lobby.
I then saw Rich open a finished pizza and move toppings around with a spatula. He then gave it to a worker, and she gave it me without addressing any of the problems I overheard. I opened the pizza box, and one half had so many toppings that I couldn’t even see the cheese. I stated that they messed up our order, and the worker denied it, saying they just forgot the cheese bread for another delivery order. I asked to speak with the manager, and Rich came over. I explained that I saw him moving the toppings over to the other side. Rich indicated that this is the way they do it. I questioned why it wasn’t remade, and he become frustrated and angrily said they would remake both and threw the boxes in the trash. I asked if he could have the owner contact me, and he sarcastically asked why he would do that.
This is the second bad experience I’ve had with Rich. The first time I suggested that they check out customers when they first arrive so if they have to wait for their order, they don’t have to be in the queue to check out after other customers (to avoid waiting even longer, which I had experienced). Rich became very temperamental and sarcastically asked if I wanted a job there, suggesting that if I want it done a certain way, I should do it myself. This evening, he recalled this previous encounter, and again asked sarcastically if I wanted a job there.
This is our last time visiting this Marcos until there is new leadership. If there is an issue, they will try to hide it. If Rich is called out on anything, he is rude and disrespectful with the customer. I’m shocked this guy is a manager, and I sincerely hope the owner looks into his customer service encounters.

B. Murray
I was visiting Michigan on business, and was staying in a hotel for a week. Tonight I was tired of going out for dinner, and found many choices available for pizza on grub hub. I am extremely happy I ordered pizza from Marco’s Pizza. Their All Meat Pizza tasted wonderful! It had large chunks of sausage and pepperoni. The crust was deliciously chewy. I look forward to future business trips in the area so that I can order from them again.
