Paintings of the Jazz greats such as Miles Davis, Billie Holiday, and many others. 1990s early 2000s videos playing on multiple TV screens around the restaurant. The vibe and ambience is simply amazing. I had the pork chops deep fried and every bite was perfect. Tender and moist flavorful slap yo momma good.

Lakeisha is hands down the best bartender and manager at the Old National location. She is extremely professional, fast, and super friendly. From the moment I walked in she made the experience welcoming and smooth.
I ordered the seafood dip and a daiquiri, and both were great. The seafood dip was flavorful and fresh, and the daiquiri was mixed perfectly. Lakeisha handled everything quickly while still taking the time to be kind and personable with customers.
It’s rare to see someone balance professionalism, speed, and genuine friendliness the way she does. She really sets the standard for great service and represents the business very well. I’ll definitely be back.

I met friends here on Saturday, February 28th — my first time at NODB&G. We arrived at 7:00 PM and left around 10:45 PM. The vibe was definitely there! The food and drinks were good, and the music was on point.
However, the service was the worst part of the experience. We were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken, but then we waited about 15 minutes before the waitress returned. After placing our food order, we waited another 30 minutes with no updates. The hookah came out first, and about 30 minutes after that, we finally received our food and drinks.
We ordered:
Hookah
3 bottles of water (only option available)
Seafood rolls — really good and flavorful
Amaretto Pineapple/Piña Colada daiquiri
Georgia Peach/Piña Colada daiquiri
Cup of gumbo — I don’t eat red meat or pork, and it was full of sausage. The waitress couldn’t confirm whether it was beef or turkey, so I didn’t eat it.
Seafood pasta — my friend said it was tasty
Fried gator — hot, fresh, and seasoned well
Unfortunately, we spent more time waiting than actually enjoying our meal and ended up getting the food to go. I’d give them another try, but definitely not on a Saturday night.

I really enjoyed the whole experience! The staff were all very friendly & welcoming.
There was a huge daiquiri selection and they offered samples also.
The food was exceptional.
I have a food allergy and they made sure I would be safe.
I will go back when I’m in Atlanta again!!

I am currently sitting at the restaurant and the so called manager Keisha initially ignored me for 10 mins then when I finally said something she started arguing with the male FRIEND I came to meet for dinner. She didn’t not know my relation to him but refused me service because of her drama with my friend. She brung all her drama to work, arguing with the man, cussing in front of the children sitting here, on the phone with her friends in front of guest. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL treatment I have ever experienced at a restaurant!!! Plus she refuse to take my order or serve me in any way but she originally served him before I showed up! I left because their drama has nothing to do with me and she would not let me take my food or drink order. I have no words for the treatment I’ve experienced today over something that had nothing to do with me but guilty by association. Whatever she had going on with my friend she obviously wasn’t over and let it spill into her job. She is very poor representation of management and this restaurant. I will NEVER go back there EVER again, will NEVER suggest anyone to go there while they are under her management! Whoever owns that establishment needs to fire her and find better representation that is less drama and don’t let their personal life supersede THE BUSINESS!!!!

So the atmosphere was a vibe. Our waitress was amazing. The daiquiri was great. My friend stated it could have been a little stronger
Bang Bang Shrimp: Amazing, not to hot you can taste the creaminess. It definitely had a crunch. Only thing I wish it could be more especially if you’re sharing with an appetizer.
Bayou Classic: Nasty. I didn’t taste no Cajun on the sauce it was too hot. The hotness was over powering the entire dish. The dirty rice had sausage. The sausage was burnt. And we could had a crunch to the catfish. It was bake which made the fish blended. The shrimp could’ve been cook a little longer. I think if they can make the Bayou classic better with these suggestions it will be a great dish.
Also the atmosphere is amazing but the tv was way too loud. I barely could hear myself talking with my guest due to how loud the tv was.

So I ordered the regular burger, lettuce, tomatoes onions, pickles, mayo, well done. My burger was burnt The bun was very soggy because of so much Mayo. My fries were cold and soggy. But the beignets were ok not as fluffy as I’m used to, but they had enough powder sugar. From one chef to another, we have to take pride in what goes out that door, Even if it is to go.

The absolute worst ever!! I really had high expectations because I had never been there. Security and the DJ was the best part!! Shout out to Ocho (security) top tier from walk-in and walking out! We literally sat there a total
of 3 hours waiting on our food. The waitress would come back every 30 minutes with the excuse of we have been busy since we opened up. Which was a lie because I live in the area and I passed this restaurant numerous of times today and that wasn’t the case. The waitress kept apologizing when we would rather her just told the truth. The only thing that kept us was the DJ. I can’t even say it was the daiquiris. Then finally she brought out my daughter’s food but had the wrong side… long story short the ABSOLUTE WORST!! My daughter asked for a supervisor and the waitress said oh he is in the back cooking. Ok well ma’am where is our food !! There was only 3 waitress brought the entire establishment. I should have went with my first mind and just went to Madhouse, they would have never allowed such!! I don’t and wouldn’t recommend this establishment at all

The first time I came here, I walked out because I was there for 10 minutes and was not addressed by staff. This time, I was greeted. We ate outside, which started great. Nice volume of music, TVs, and umbrellas. Birthday-girl waitress was attentive and offered good food and beverage options. Seafood rolls and daiquiri were awesome!!! Blackened fish was not blackened, just seasoning, it was ok, but the creole sauce and dirty rice were good. At about 630, they jacked up the music and guests started smoking. We had to yell to communicate with the waitress and each other, so we left. PS Close the dumpster to decrease the presence of flies.
