Why steak and cheese sandwich has hot peppers in it as default and there is no spicy warning sign on the online menu? It is not friendly for firs-timer here. My kid can not eat it at all since it is way too spicy!!! Waste of money!

I used to go to the Reston location years ago when I lived out there (2006-2012 in Herndon). Now, my wife and I have been going to this location for the past several years. Sometimes, we’re also here with her family.
Things to note: it does get loud with the local high school kids hanging out and the theme of the decor is New York professional sports teams.
We’ve mostly gotten their cheese steaks and pizzas. I like their cheese steaks better while my wife and her family prefer their pizzas. The staff have always been friendly. We hope to keep coming back!

Staff are nice, but the food was not particularly good, didn’t come warm, and everything came on disposable paper plates with disposable utensils. I get that everyone’s trying to save money now, but it felt a little worse having so much trash at the end of our small meal. Eggs were runny and I didn’t like the coffee

Delicious! I will have to try again. Fresh ingredients loaded into my calzone. The dough was soft and chewy with that little crunch on the outside. I didn’t even make it to the pepperoni rolls the calzone was so loaded with meat all the way to the end. Inexpensive too, less than$20 for a 10″ calzone, the four pepperoni rolls and two 20oz drinks

I decided to try this place out for the first time since I was very hungry and delis usually give you fair portions. The food was tasty, but this was a $9 order of fish and chips, and I got less than a handful of fries and two pieces of fish. Three pieces would have been fair for the price with even a few more fries, but definitely not two. I will give another location a second chance, and maybe get something else on the menu.

Way too much spinach on the calzone. Took almost 20 min and the place was deserted… the cashier rep used his hands arrogantly to direct us where to order and where to pay. Lastly…the price for the calzones are not worth going back again.
