Overall very good. The service was excellent and even though it was busy, our food came out quickly and good temp. The salsa and verde were a little odd compared to some other places we have been. Good portion size for the price and many of the dishes that were served around us smelled and looked really good.

Service was slow. Took a long time to take our orders. When we got our orders the food was there less than 5 mins which is good but it really was bad. It was left overs from the night before or they cook there for hours before the lunch rush hour. The food wasn’t great you can tell the rice was microwave you can feel the crunchy from when it was put in the fridge. The meat i got was dried like it was also put in the fridge over night or cooked it in the morning and was just left there. You can tell from a fresh cook meat to one that’s been sitting there or in the fridge. Drinks were full of ice nothing really to drink from. I wasn’t very happy at all. I’m from Los Angeles CA visiting and it was a disappointment to see a Mexican restaurant go down this way. Only thing that was fresh was the guacamole. My shrimp you can take a bite and it was hard to chew cause it had been sitting there for a while also.

We came for a family get-together consisting of 11 people, and the experience was a pleasant one from start to finish. The atmosphere is very authentic and welcoming, with décor that makes you feel like you’ve stepped right into Mexico. The service staff was efficient but not overly friendly, which wasn’t a problem at all because they kept up with everything we needed without missing a beat.
Our meals were well presented, colorful, and tasted good. Each dish arrived promptly and looked just as appetizing as it tasted. Everyone at the table was pleased with their order, and the portion sizes were generous without feeling excessive.

Wow! It was a great lunch we had! Their lunch menu is reasonable and opinions get a big portion too! People are very nice too. We are living 3 hours away, so next time when we drive by, we will be back.

I knew that I wanted to grab some mexican food on an evening road trip to Yakima from Portland and due to factors I settled on El Mirador 2. I was looking for something low-carb and keto friendly the only thing that I saw was the grilled chicken salad and asked for it, spicy. My server suggested grilled jalapeños, which went perfectly. I ate it all, bolstering my resolve for the three hour drive home. The decor is cute, reminding me of big box casual dining from a bygone era. The he service was perfectly warm and sweet.

So the drinks were the selling point here. The food was good but the drinks were top notch. It was a busy environment there but when your drinks rock and your food is pretty good then it’s going to be – little bit loud. We will defiantly go back.

I cannot believe how awesome this restaurant is. I accidentally ordered pickup instead of delivery and had no way to go get it. Totally my fault, and I was worried I would be out the money I paid. I wasn’t sure how to go about having a service get it for me, so I called the restaurant. The gentleman who helped me said he would just run it out for me. What? I wasn’t even close to the restaurant and again offered to pay somebody from a delivery service to go get it, I just didn’t know how to go about it since I had already paid for the food and only wanted to pay for the delivery service. I couldn’t believe he brought it out. Fortunately I had cash to give him, but it still took time out of his night and gas out of his car. So incredibly kind. I have hosted different events there for colleagues and personally, we have been customers for 3 years for delivery and and pop in there once in awhile for table service, but I will definitely keep giving them our business and I hope you will too!

Just stopped in for a Margarita to charge the Tesla….the hosts were incredibly nice, authentic , and quick! The restaurant is also an genuine Mexican masterpiece. The menu looks delicious and I will be back with an empty stomach!
