The girl that was working the counter was so polite. After taking our order and we chose a seat the food came out quickly, and it wasent something from sitting under a heat lamp. The lobby was very clean, tables clean, floors clean. A great all around experience.

Have been here a few times and always just a little more classier than other CFA’s. Even at peak lunch hour the customer. Service was amazing and our food was out with in 3 mins of ordering dine in.

12-2-25 went to Chic-Fil-A on Knox Ave, North Augusta SC. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 Market Salads with ranch dressing. The sandwiches were great. The salads was one of the worst salads we have ever had. Lettuce was limp. The strawberries would have been good if they did not have a strong taste of onion. I do not like onions in my salad. I’ll eat the chicken sandwiches but no more salads.

Normally my family and I have a great experience at Chick-fil-a and especially this one. We’ve been here multiple times and never had an issue. But, today my mom and I went here and I did a mobile order like I always do and my mom got a Spicy Southwest Salad. We got home and we were sitting down to eat when she said my name and she pointed to her salad and there was a bug crawling in it. We messed with it to try and see what kind of bug it was and it stopped moving. Here are pictures of the bug we saw. This left my mom very disgusted and she stopped eating it. She had gotten about half way through the salad before it started crawling.

My first experience here was such an absolute pleasure, that i returned the very next day.
Although my meal was placed to-go, the staff did an amazing job making me feel welcomed in my brief visit. The assistant FOH director REBEKAH personally handed me my meal with the biggest smile, along with a kindness that literally changed the momentum of my day. She also gifted me a free cookie for my slight wait during lunch rush.
The food is consistently hot, delicious, & is certainly made with love.

It seems like every order it gets worse. We’ve placed several orders between my Husband and I in the last few weeks. It started out good but it seems as time went on each order got worse. For convenience, we sometimes order delivery….food is cold when it arrives. I’m not 5 minutes away. I’ve brought food from Aiken back to North Augusta that remained hotter. Condiments that were requested/selected were completely left out. The latest, today, waffle fries tasted old. The sandwich wasn’t that great, but I was hungry and ate it. The fries were a waste of money though. For the prices and reputation, I expect better. Nevertheless, I told my Husband no more!

Chick -Fil- A is the gold standard by witch all restaurant and businesses models should take notice. Impeccable service and products. I have traveled far and wide and the service is always amazing. Peach milkshakes are amazing and definitely my favorite. Highly recommend this location.
