The food quantity for delivery is horrible. Like what are these portions?? I ordered a side of hash browns and fries with my burger. Paid 20 dollars for a whisper of fries with a burger and a laughable amount of hashbrowns. Can’t even complain to DoorDash about the food quality because i ordered it through the website. Horrible. Love Dennys but this was beyond disappointing. And the food was cold.

I decided to stop by this Denny’s for breakfast since I was in the area. After being warmly escorted to my table by Rose, a very friendly and welcoming server, I chose the healthy salmon, broccoli, and rice, which comes with garlic bread
To my surprise, Rose returned to apologize and explained that, unfortunately, the kitchen staff informed her that since it was not yet 11 AM, my chosen meal was not available. She kindly asked if I would like to select a different option. Unfortunately, all the 2-3 meals I usually order throughout the year fell under this restricted category.
I mentioned to Rose that this was the first time I had encountered such a restriction during my many visits to other Denny’s in Kissimmee.
Although the menu indicates that my chosen meal is only available after 11 AM, I have regularly enjoyed this higher-priced item for breakfast on multiple occasions at the Vine Street Denny’s location.
What distinguishes a good business from an outstanding one is how they handle situations like mine. For instance, if the staff had kindly informed me that my ordered meal wasn’t immediately available but could be prepared with a bit of extra wait time, I would have been happy to wait.
Given this strict policy, I probably won’t be returning to this particular Denny’s anytime soon. It’s a shame, as the front of desk staff—especially Rose—were very friendly and professional during my brief visit.

I have to thank the manager, the wait staff, front of the house & back of the house for you hospitality. The service at this location is exemplary. I have been to many restaurants. This place has beautiful people working to make your dining experience top notch. I am so happy that I this Denny’s staff made my day when I was there. They went above and beyond to keep me comfortable. The food was hot & fresh. The coffee cup I drank from was never empty. A piece of my heart is with these wonderful people.

Was pleasantly surprised the service was amazing yet there was only a single waitress. Crystal was working the entire dining area alone but service was prompt and she was constantly checking on us. Food was delicious too.

It’s a Dennys, you know what you are getting. Not the usual stand alone location as most restaurants are as this is in a business area.
This is also a smaller Dennys then most so no large party groups going there for pancakes haha.
Staff was friendly and service was quick as you would expect. As always, classic American dinner affairs with consistent food quality.

Tony was absolutely amazing. He was working the kitchen all by himself while also being the only waiter and person working the register. He ran the restaurant all by himself seamlessly. He’s the nicest server I’ve ever had, such a good person. He went above and beyond to make sure the service was a 5 star experience. I will 100% be back and will make sure it is this particular Denny’s due to Tony!
I hope Denny’s will give him some more help as he was being worked extremely hard, but the fact that I still had a 5 star experience is impressive.

Always know what to expect. Good food, good service and reasonable prices. I swear they have the best burger. Inorder it almost every time. My Dad is always with me when we go and he has the same breakfast every time as well and it’s always cooked perfectly. If you want consistency and good food Denny’s is the pace to go. Also great value always. Even in today’s world.

We went around midnight and Tony was the only one there, cooking, serving and checking us out. He was so efficient and awesome!! He went above and beyond to make our experience a good one while being the only one doing multiple jobs. I cannot express enough how amazing he was!!!
