Absolutely loved my experience here!! My waitress, Sophia, was an absolute DELIGHT! She gave me her personal recs & helped me choose my meal. She was incredibly patient and personable. Restaurant had such a fun, creative menu and wonderful food! Good ambience. Would recommend.

Incredible textures and accompanied by flavors that can keep up. Crispy rice has a nutty flavor to complement the fatty tuna and perfect crispy smooth texture contrasts.
The bass on the deep sea roll is cooked perfectly with a nice light-crispy batter. Mango adds nice complementary but not overpowering sweetness and cucumber adds a good bite.
New spicy tuna roll has a great combination of smooth crunch and acidity. All Tuna preparations are distinct in flavor. Best with soy sauce.
Shrimp tempura was very well cooked and very buttery. Tempura batter was mostly crunchy with a small bit of chew. Good with or without the accompanying mayonnaise.
Banana tempura dessert was the highlight despite the competition. The bun texture was perfect. The sweet exterior cracks like brittle and the interior was delightfully fluffy and soft.

This was one of the BEST sushi restaurants I’ve ever tried. Everything was flavorful, well thought out and made with care and attention to detail. The kale salad was fresh and the carrot ginger dressing was delicious. I had the miso soup and it was phenomenal. The table was very narrow so it was tricky having to move things around however that didn’t take away from the dining experience. The lemonades were amazing and the rolls were so amazing we couldn’t stop talking about the food after we left. 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back!

We really wanted to like this place because reviews specifically said it is good for people with allergies then the sushi we got still contained the allergen. This was after every roll type was labeled as needing to be gluten free and calling to confirm. This was for a takeout order and when we called they did give us a refund for the singular roll and not the entire order despite the entire order no longer being able to be eaten due to contamination. We will not be coming back.

Very glad to have this neighborhood place with casual atmosphere and light options. We came twice after dinner and had some snacks. The tempura shrimp are tasty, but I feel is a little lacking in terms of texture (a little soggy) and flavors (strong baking soda aftertaste). The sashimi items are excellent.

Surprisingly underwhelming. I had two Maki specialty rolls and one hand roll and I only enjoyed one of them, the Black Magic roll. The Mango Tango wasn’t just underwhelming, I found myself struggling to finish it as it was so bland. And the scallop hand roll was decent but not good or great and I looooove scallops. Service was good. Disappointing as I’d driven a long way based on the reviews. Not sure why my experience was so different to others.
