Ordered steak bowl not impressed steak like pea size. And they dont give u much maybe 6 tiny pieces i asked for more. Also things we’re mixed in with each other like sour cream had lettuce in it and I didnt order lettuce but got it because things had fell in other things when they scoop. I was eating my burrito bowl and was wondering what i was chewing on.
Also when it came to pay Alyssa kepted on wanting to charge me extra I told her theres no extra here. Also I was charged $2.75 for a small not even full Guacamole.. for What I received was not worth $14.72

Service was okay, had to wait a few minutes to get food because all of the staff was working on pick up orders. My biggest gripe was paying for guacamole and only having 1/4 of actual guacamole. The rest was a whole avocado including the skin. Along with my husband’s also having a whole avacado.

I placed an order and got here pretty quickly, I waited outside the window for them to come back after 5 minutes to tell me that my order was 4th in line and it would be a while- no one else was in line or here yet so it was a little frustrating that they made me drive around another 2 times. If I had walked in it would have been first come first serve but not with pick ups? Seems a little silly.

Food was good but out of my whole group of five I was the only one who got half a bowl, the man who did my order did not give me the appropriate amount and I was still hungry after. Then when me and my group sat down the employees behind the counter were cussing and I was with young children as well as young children were in the restaurant as well. I was eating my with my friend and then she had proceeded to tell me that she was getting dirty looks from staff. Unacceptable and won’t return to this location again!!!!

(RUDE MANAGER AND STAFF/THE WORST CHIPOTLE STORE HANDS DOWN/DISRESPECTED MILITARY MEMBER) I’m still fuming about my experience at Chipotle. I walked in, wasn’t greeted, (THAT FINE) but waited over 5 minutes to be service, while I watch the server restock the food (THAT FINE). When the manager made eye contact with me, she was like “WHAT? what? Like the hell” at me and the girl that was restocking the food asked what happened. When I confronted her about her behavior, she said she “don’t care” and walked off.
When I mentioned how unacceptable her treatment was, especially since people like me serve this country, a white girl with a spectrum ring came out and started attacking me. Then asked what happen and when I explained her, her excuse was “The girl had a long day”?! Okay so that’s how you talk to customers? Or just the black ones?
Let me be clear: there’s no excuse for treating customers, especially Black and brown people, with disrespect. I serve in the USAF, and this kind of behavior is disgusting.THE ENTIRE STORE NEEDS RETRAINING! With the high number of one stars reviews on this restaurant shows a failure in leadership! Because is clear they let any and anybody be manager these day, especially the ones without basic respect! Your lack of customer service skills and basic manners is appalling. Just know hate you put out in the world will come back to you, MS MANAGER.

Hard to find a table to sit at that wasn’t dirty. The floors were also dirty! We were here at 11am in the morning, so I don’t think the tables were even cleaned from the day before. It was not busy when we got here and yet no employee was attending to the cleanup of the dining room. Dinning room is very noisy.

Every time we go to this Chipotle, at least one aspect of our order, possibly more, is screwed up. Not to mention the less-than-thrilled employees that make you feel like you’re putting them out when you make any request at all. And when you want to avoid the unpleasantness of said service, definitely make sure to pad that Chipotlane pick-up time. I’ve always had to wait anywhere between 10 and 25 extra minutes for my orders.

I’ve ordered there a few times now. Hoping it would be better. Tonight again my quesadilla has barely any meat in it. The thing was soggy when I got it. The other times I’ve had lumps of fat in my food.
I’ve complained, gotten free orders. Given chances and tonight I am no longer willing to spend anymore money at this location. I will not recommend it to anyone either. And if anyone asks I will tell them to check out my google review.
