Did the workers sit on the burger? My whopper was squashed, makes no sense considering it was the only thing in the bag apart from the warm onion rings that made me feel nauseous afterwards, I figured ide give this place a go after not ordering for months due to customer service and bad food, but it seems like nothing is changed. Also the male that served me stunk so bad, it was almost unbearable. I also noticed that one of the workers came to the window and leaned his back against the window right after I placed my order, almost like they didn’t want me to see what was going on. Avoid this place like the plague!

We were here at 11:43 pm on Monday to be exact and as soon as went towards drive thru they told us that we are not open sorry , whereas on the app and website it show they close at midnight. It doesn’t make sense , it literally says that we don’t wanna serve any one in the last few minutes, that’s shame on customer service. Really bad impact on the franchise.

The guy at the front told me that i did not order food yet but i stood there waiting for 30 mins. He was wearing a different colour shirt than others and was not the first time hime being like this. I have received terrible treatment by that guy at he front. I would request the mangement to plz look into this and take necessary action. If the same will be repeated i will be forced to take action

So i ordered bk on the app and the store refused to give me my food…..waited over 40 mins for food and manager refused too give me food or refund. Another worker said they gave it too a doordasher in the background. Bk never gave me refund and when i contacted customer service…..they did nothing. You owe me 45 minutes of my time…..21.11 and an apology!!!!! Over a week later and no refund or offer from store to give me refund! Just empty comments after this review…..disgusting!

Place an order with 3 minutes to go before closing. I’m not a jerk I just didn’t realize that they were about to close. By the time we got up to the drive-thru window everything was shut down. There was a guy empty garbages outside. We explained what happened and he made us fresh food. He was very polite, food came quickly. Thanks

Stopped by the Burger King on Trunk Road and was really happy with the visit. The food was fresh and tasty — my Whopper was made just right, and the fries were hot and crispy. Staff were super friendly and got everything out fast. The place looked clean and well-kept too. Great spot if you’re looking for a quick bite in Sault Ste. Marie!

This is probably the dirtiest location I have ever been to. I generally have only gone through the drivethru at this location. However having entered the building today, I will not be returning. The windows and door were covered in handprints. The tables and floors were dirty. There were no guests dining in yet the workers were just standing around talking to one another. The bathroom was by far the worst. You could see that around the toilet has never been properly cleaned. The door and around the handle were terrible. There were spiderwebs in the corners. I will just let the photos speak for themselves. I can only Imagine the state of the kitchen if the public areas are left this poorly.

Today at 6:15 PM, I went to pick up an order. The staff member who handed it over was quite impolite and also behaved unprofessionally with another driver. I believe they need to improve their communication and interaction with delivery personnel.
