The employees need additional employees to assist with the service. I’ve been couple of times here.
It’s a bit higher price than anticipated, but the employees, need additional help to cope with the customers. Don’t get me wrong. The current staff does very well… But two extra hands, would be beneficial for the customers as well as the staff.
And no, there’s nothing wrong that the current staff is doing…
The volume requires at least 2 More people.
You’ll be thanking me if you try it.
If you don’t, I’m seeing employees getting burned out, and perhaps even I’ll. Which can be a lot more costly than expected.

Visiting in So. Cal. It was so good to enjoy a Tommy’s burger again the person that took our order was great. She repeated our order just make sure it was correct. And was very nice and pleasant .

Tommy’s is always my go-to for chili cheeseburgers! This is a smaller location with a short drive-thru. We waited a very short time in the drive-thru. Our food was made quickly and had the classic consistent great quality as usual. The female employee working the window today 3/15/23 had fantastic customer service. She made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. We ordered a double chili cheeseburger and single chili cheeseburger both with chili cheese fries. Everything was perfect. Great location!

The food is great and is a good place to eat with friends and family. The staff are friendly and are always helpful. There is enough parking and it is accessible. The prices are reasonable and the drive thru fits most vehicles.

I was waiting for some real chili cheese fries. Hadn’t had any since moving to Michigan. I love Tommy’s, but today, the service was just off. I had to order twice, and they still got the order wrong. But when i did get my food, it was definitely on point. Luckily, i tasted my drink before i drove off gave me regular instead of diet.. think I’d rather go from heart disease than the diabetes.

So,it’s Tommy’s burger, it’s what you would expect from a Tommy’s. I got the double cheese Cali burger. It was a decent burger. Good flavor, cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes. The fry’s where good too. Not cold, fresh, salty savory. I also ordered the chili boat. Omg, I was cold. I mean is all the chili cold. That added cheese and it was not melted at all, just a slice of cheese stuck underneath cold chili. I went through the drive thru, it took forever. Lucky I wasn’t in a rush. I felt like getting nostalgic food, the burger hit the spot, the chili was a disappointment.

Original Tommy’s have become our favorite chili cheese burgers and fries for years in our family. Every time we come to Tommy’s, we gets their specials deals they ofter like double cheese burger or their Tommy’s dog with their chili onion,tomato and pickles and including their tamale. My wife and I enjoy their food very we always go to the Pico Rivera location but our favorite location is the Original Tommy’s on Rampart and Beverly.
