The service was great, but the bathroom is nasty. Its 11 in the morning. Do men don’t deserve a clean bathroom? Has any of the employees heard of bleach or other cleaners, do they use it only in their bathroom? What is going on? I am genuinely curious.

This morning me and my partner went to get our usual breakfast (7:58am) the blonde cashier had an attitude and was questioning our orders in a way that made it seemed like we didn’t know what we were talking about, besides being rude she seemed a little bothered by our presence… kind of a racist way? To top it off we asked for light ice on both drinks and here’s a picture of a VENTI drink. Does this look light to y’all? Thanks for making us feel unwelcome, definitely not going back to this location, I’d rather drive longer for a better service!

It is okay to have technical difficulties and not be able to take some payment options. This happens. Not having cups or sleeves happens. Not employee’s fault. The way they talk and interact with a customer though is totally within staff’s control :/ Only one was polite and friendly. The other one acted as if I was an intruder, not welcome, bothering her by placing my order and making her pour coffee.

Rudest worker this morning on 11/6. Bearista glass cup dropped today. I got there at 3:30 in the morning to make sure I get this glass cup. Doors opened at 5am , right at 5am I walk in ask for the bear cup and she told me they don’t have it and that them workers had boughten the glasses for themselves. Mind you there is 4 other people in line with me waiting for doors to open up at 5am to purchase this cup. I do not think it should be allowed for workers to purchase limited edition items first especially before the store is even open because it doesn’t allow for guest to be able to purchase. And secondly she was just rude on top of it. Didn’t welcome us guest in and just had attitude while talking.

25 minute wait and there are nine staff members in the store. In the end my order wasn’t right. Not sure what’s going on but I think the manager needs to take a look at the cameras. I walked in at 9:15 and I walked out at 9:37.

decent location but a little hard to get to only one entrance on one side of the road and there’s a split in the middle of the two lanes. $3 for a regular cup of coffee and I own a restaurant and I get my coffee in Costa Rica, a little bit spendy

I don’t even know why I keep trying to go back here. I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt and think “maybe they just had a one off.” But no. They don’t make your coffee right, they barely toast your bagel and then you order a doppio macchiato, they give you 1 shot and when you question it, they tell you it’s two just because they don’t want to make it over or simply give you the other shot that you paid for. It’s sad because it’s close to my house but I’m going to have to go elsewhere. They just don’t care.
Edited to add: the owner gives a generic response with a link to “how can we help you?” Page from Starbucks to search for topics. There’s no real desire to help you with your issue. Just reaffirms my decision to go to a different location if I even go to Starbucks at all anymore.

I had the chance to try a mint Java chip, and omg! It tastes like mint chip ice cream… I loved it so much! My daughter got to try her first cake pop and was not disappointed! Yummy on all home fronts!
