Absolutely the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant was fresh, buttery, and perfectly balanced with generous maple butter. The French Toast Sticks were warm, fluffy, and evenly cooked, and the coffee was spot-on. Everything was still hot until the last bite. Starting my Sunday here made my whole day—hope they keep this quality forever!

My usual decent experience at this Wendy’s location. Order a customized meal via the app & pick it up at the counter. My order is usually completed correctly and the food is at least warm! Service is usually fine as well.

Was the worst Wendy’s experience ever in my life. I got take-out Spicy combo and something else with $16.39. $16.39!!! Is this worth it for $16.39? I bought a trash with $16.39. When I opened the hamburger, it seemed very very flatted. When I lift the top of the buns, I BARELY could see a half of lettuce and half slided of tomato. Even I finished half of burger, I did not even reached the lettuce. Freaking disgusting burger ever in my life. I will not go to Fort Lee Wendy’s again because of this experience. I threw away foods even before I finished. Taste was yucky too because I only ate buns with dried yucky chicken when I got some bites.

The only good thing was the food, but then again any store should have good food.
Service was terrible; didn’t have any cups next to the place where you fill cups (drink filling station); couldn’t tell me where it was when I lichurly took out my water bottle and pointed to the filling station; and funniest of all, ripped off the store by giving me an ‘empty’ receipt with the things being left being illegible due to lack of ink. Oh yeah, forgot to mention but the Apple Pay reader is broken while the restrooms is sparkling clean, probably from the sparks coming out of the open automatic paper dispenser somehow functioning perfectly probably due to the large amount of electricity they get from cutting on outlets by placing the 2 they have in the most cramped and narrow ledge seatings despite the various comfy and large booths they have. Yeah. That’s about it.

– Don’t waste your time here. Go to literally any other place, I’d personally recommend Quick Check though.

Wendy’s makes about 550M dollars a day but they just charged me $0.50 for a dip cup….. do better. You’re charging a starving economy extra money for sauce. Won’t be coming back!

Beware they WILL take their anger out on you because of difficulties with communication and mistakes made on THEIR end. No resolution given/no apologies. Mind you this was the “manager” doing all of this. No professionals to speak to at all; you have to go straight to corporate for this store. (No resolution/refund as of yet)

Very updated Wendys. Efficient and friendly staff. When I order ahead, my order is always ready when I arrive. They have plenty of seating and it’s usually relatively clean. They offer senior citizen discounts.
