East end is definitely they best icecream stand in our area. The service is always great and the icecream is top tier. They also have the best pizza. I highly recommend choosing east end on a hot summers day.

Have always loved coming here. Tonight me and the little ordered a 1 topping half pepperoni half sausage with extra sauce and a side of Cheese Bread. Friendly staff and great food. And now accepting Debit and Credit Cards! Will be a change for all. It has always been a cash only place. Tonight I scraped up the last $2.80 in change so we could add the bread. Went on and gave him the change. Saw the big ole antique cash register was gone and new tablets in place. It will be missed in the Pizza Parlor for sure.
We moved to AL in 2017 and moved back to Peru in 2021. Each fall I would order up 10 take and bakes in October to take back to last the winter. This and our hot dog stand were the only two places we missed while we were away! 50 years in business this year! Keep up the awesome work and food! Always worth the drive from anywhere.

This is a great place for ice cream. This is a place my wife and her family have adored for many years and they have me hooked also! The soft serve ice cream is excellent here! My wife love their Stromboli’s which I failed to get a picture off. Whenever we are close to Peru we try and stop in.

Update 4/24: First visit of the season. Hard dipped ice cream was not hard as it has been in the past. It was formed but definitely not hard and the taste seemed a bit different.
Our family each has a favorite but be sure not to miss their banana split in the cup, turtle sundae, and strawberry shortcake! September brings a favorite flavor of pumpkin! New this year is the ability to pay with plastic for a 3% additional charge if cash if not in your pocket.

This is the first time I have gotten a pizza from here. I got a large 16″ pepperoni, mushroom and onions. The crust was thin just the way I like it and cooked to perfection. It was a very delicious pizza and the only issue was is that it could have had more onions on it.
