Terrible service. This was the 2nd time I’ve attempted to eat here since moving to the area and both times the Drive-Thru workers told me they were closed as I pulled up to the speaker. There is a sign on their window that says “Open til 11pm or later” but both times were at 10:25pm and 10:30pm with people standing around inside. I understand it’s the end of the shift and you’re ready to leave, but that’s not how a business should operate. Either work the hours you agreed to when you got hired or find a new job.

extremely slow. I went through the drive-through, and the sign clearly says they’re open until 11. I arrived about 30 minutes before 10:30 and was told there was no food left except random things. Meanwhile, I saw several employees leaving with bags of food, which made no sense. Another time they took a long time and even forgot my drink. Have you pull around to the front just to wait additional 20 mins. Poor service, long waits, and very unprofessional. Definitely needs better management and accountability.

1. The inside service here is very lacking. Been many times and most times everyone behind the counter ignores the customers in line. They are busy filling orders but can’t manage to acknowledge that we have come in. They even make eye contact but we get no greeting or “someone will be right with you”. Nothing.
2. The dining room is always freezing cold, majority of the tables are dirty and they have the worst most annoying music that plays the same 5 songs on repeat.

So once again disappointed went there to pick up Chicken. I will serve old Chicken hard and black. When I got home. I saw it. I called, she said that Chicken’s always fresh. How about I got news for you? It’s not fresh. Here’s pictures of the Chicken pictures of my receiptto prove the purchase once again very disappointed with popeye’s. I wish management incorporate would actually see the reviews that people live behind to do something about their service.
Overall I was very disappointed. The food was disgusting. I have been here prior and ordered online with doordash. And the food was always fresh. I go to pick it up to the drive-through and get home. And the food is hard doesn’t taste great and the service. I got at the drive to do was probably the worst. I ever had received for those reasons. I will not go back and I will go somewhere else. It’s a shame.

Chicken was overcooked and lacking spicy on spicy chicken sandwich. The garlic cheese curds were over cooked and about half of them were empty breading shells and cheese had dripped out in the fryer. The Friday Night at Freddie’s promo seems like a missed opportunity for more marketing and getting return customers. Inside and outside were clean and well maintained, but temperature inside was too cold. Really like Popeyes and will give this one another chance. But if it is the same kind of experience I will choose a different location to go to after that. Fast food/ quick-service is too expensive anymore for poor or average food.

Online says it closes at midnight. I arrived a little before 9pm, I placed a mobile earlier prior. When I arrived the manager told the driver thru associate that they will not be dropping more chicken for my order, because it was getting close to closing time and they only wanted to sell the available chicken that was already cooked. I asked to speak to the manager directly because that made no sense, especially after I already paid online prior. The manager refused to speak with me directly which was weird, and advised the associate at the window to tell me they’ll drop my chicken.. I was confused on why they would operate this way when I came almost three hours before closing. I noticed that dine closes at 10pm .. and they had the doors locked before 9pm and only operated through the drive thru.

This is the second time we’ve ordered takeout, and both times, when I placed my order, I specifically asked for the honey and sauces I wanted, but when I got home, they weren’t there. This is quite annoying because it’s something I request with my order, and they never include it. I want to emphasize that the food is delicious, but the service is disappointing.

Just ordered chicken tenders from this place and red beans and rice and a biscuit the chicken tender was not cooked all the way, the red beans and rice were spoiled, and when I called to inform the manager, I believe her name is Victoria. She was rude and didn’t care. I will never eat here. Do not eat here unless you wanna get sick. I’m just waiting for my salmonella to show up.
