The absolute worst McDonald’s. The staff there are super rude. The fries are always soggy and cold, even when they tell you to wait for fresh ones. And whatever sausage they use for their breakfast sandwiches tastes terrible. Go to a McDonald’s in any other state and they taste normal. Wherever this place sources pork from should change, immediately.

I see that McDonald’s responded. They said to go to the link and discuss it with their staff. Yeah, right!!
There have been 1 star reviews for about a year now and obviously, nothing in the restaurant has changed. Still have very rude employees, bad services, bad food, orders are ALL wrong or not getting our food even after paying for it. What a joke. Do better McDonald’s owner.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered at the drive thru. It took a few minutes for anyone to come to the speaker. We ordered 4 burritos, that’s it!!! No meal, no drink, no sauce, nothing else. We get to the pickup window and she asks me to drive forward. I said, no, I’m good, I’ll wait here. She yelled at me to go forward. They still need to roll the burritos…lol. I mean, how long does it take to roll a burrito? There wasn’t anyone ahead of us or behind us. I said I can wait, another lady further in the window yelled at me. I just drove off!!! What a joke. I was afraid they might spit in my food.
I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER go to this McDonald’s again!!!
I hope they close it down and/or get another store manager and better employees or a new owner. I know they are franchises but give me a break.
I would never recommend this McDonald’s ever!!! Good luck if you go there.

Have not been here in a long time and I can see why. I went here earlier and pulled up to the drive-thru and no one acknowledged me. I said hello a few times and finally the guy said yeah I heard you say hello a few times. No can I take your order, sorry for your wait. Just being plain rude. I should’ve just taken off. I will not be back ever!!!! Too bad there’s not an option for zero stars.

Edited to add: the response to my review says that I should use the feedback form on their website, but the form does not work. When you hit the submit button, it just goes to “page not found.” Great job, guys.

Tried to go through the drive through around 9:10am on 12/02/25 but was utterly ignored. Called “hello?” a few times, no response at all. There were two cars ahead of me that had ordered, so it was open, just ignored. Parked, went inside. It has been snowing heavily, and there was not one single floor mat in the entire entrance or lobby. Slipped on the wet floor in the entryway and didn’t fall only because I was able to grab the door. No wet floor signs in sight. Was then completely ignored at the counter. Finally went to the self-ordering kiosk, which failed to print me a receipt, so I didn’t know my order number when they were calling out orders. While I was waiting for my food, I saw an employee in the back pull her cell phone out of her pocket with her gloved hands, text for a couple minutes while people were waiting for the food she was working on, and then she WENT BACK TO MAKING THE FOOD, STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES. Everyone was moving at a snail’s pace and acting like the customers were just a huge inconvenience. I’m done with this company. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a good experience in one of their restaurants, the food is getting ridiculously expensive for the junk that it is, and the company clearly doesn’t care about taking care of and motivating its employees, or presenting a quality experience to the customers that keep them in business. Which I will not be anymore. 0/10 disgusting place.

If you look at my account you’ll notice that I rarely leave reviews.

This has to be the most rude staff I have ever met in my entire life I’ve lived in 3 different states and never had an experience like this McDonalds gave me.

I’m sorry I said pancakes instead of hotcakes I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but I’m paying for food and services and I expect to not get treated like garbage.
Secondly I got overcharged and food was missing on top of dealing with this “wild” employee telling me that sausage doesn’t come with the hot cakes and sausage meal.

I will never be back to this location ever. Good thing about fast food there is plenty of options also I’m disputing the charge on my card when I asked you for that 2nd sausage you didn’t fully cook it. Don’t you have a timer for that or is the staff too dumb and rude for that too?

Customer service was non existent. Rude staff, indifferent attitude, and sounded irritated as I added more than two things to my order. I purchased a steak egg and cheese bagel, and received sausage instead. I told the first window I didn’t need the receipt(silly me, I should have known better from past experiences). I wasn’t waiting in line for another 15minutes, as I had places to be, and there was no close parking, as I wasn’t leaving my children in the car, because I wouldn’t be able to see them. Like I previously said, past experiences should have told me not to come here, but it was on the way and MAYBE their service would be better in the morning. Boy was I wrong. If this is a franchise, shame on you for not fixing your issues from previous reviews. This is why I go to Steak & Shake for all of my lunch and dinner needs while on the road. McDonald’s franchises are a hit or miss.

This location is hit and miss, but I was here 2 days ago, and this was it for me. I watched the car in front of me trying to give their drink back, and it looked like the worker was yelling at them. It looked very tense. Supervisor came over, too, it looked like. I get up there, and I just want to grab my kid’s food and leave. They told me I can’t order half sweet/unsweet tea on the kid’s meal. I’ve always done it, and the app allows it, but the app was down at that time for some reason, so I ordered through the window. No biggie if I can’t order that, but they gave no reason why, and just sounded like I was being rude for ordering it. I don’t know why.

I get my order, and it’s completely wrong. I asked for no apples and still got them. The burger was made wrong. I mean a happy meal doesn’t even come with cheese. My pickles only burger was cheese and a ketchup explosion. After the whole can’t do half sweet/unsweet tea thing, they had given me a lemonade tea… Nothing was right. Maybe, they were having a bad day, but a completely wrong order and a bad attitude for something I was unaware of, as I said the app allows, and I’ve always ordered, is not even decent customer service. I’ll just drive down to the other locations from now on or go somewhere else. I did not feel comfortable going back to ask them to fix it. Maybe, this is why there was a heated conversation between the workers and the car in front of me.

I’ve called 4 times now, with no answer. Ordered food today (12/3/25), x2 20 piece nugget meals. Hour drive home, just to open up to 1, 20 piece. If im paying ~$15 for a meal I would appreciate it all. Before people say “thats why you check your food”, it’s the fact that it shows ON THE SCREEN what was ordered, there is absolutely no excuse on why food is missing. Orders go from cook, to bagger, to counter. If the bagger was bagging the food correctly, and the counter checking to verify the entirety of the order is there, there would be no need.

First of all the young lady working the drive through window was polite. There was a misunderstanding with my order that I noticed as I was leaving the order box. No problem ill fix it at the window. They missed my drink. I informed the her that window that there was supposed to be a sprite on there. She tried to correct it. But I could hear what I presume to be the manager yelling “no no no” then she tells me he said I cant add at the window. I wasnt adding at the window I correcting my order. This specific location cares more about their drive through times than they do accurate service. Not at all the girls fault at the window. She should probably be the mananager since she tried to correct my problem better than the manager did. It wasnt like I was adding 10 different items at the window. Just like hey bruh you missed my sprite.

Why does a family oriented restaurant not have a changing table in either bathroom? Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, it says online this location is a play place so we went out of our way to come here.
