If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was aweful. They really seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and had an attitude. I have been sick the past week and finally got my sense of taste back and wanted some McGriddles. Everything was fine and dandy until I got to the last sandwich when I find a hair. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Do they even practice any and safety protocols? It made me throw up my whole breakfast I was so disgusted. So not only have I lost my appetite, time, and money but McDonalds has lost a customer. Absolutely disgusting I will not be going back unless things change.

Understand the logic: if I order my food online, it’s to avoid queuing or waiting. I order from a fast-food place, I order, and when I get there, it’s not ready. I wait 10 minutes, and it’s still not ready. What kind of logic is that? All places should learn to have staff who handle these orders because these are orders where people don’t want to wait any longer.

I ordered big breakfast with hot cakes early in the morning time and found two 6-8” long hairs in my food. The plate is black color so hard to notice at first look but comes with hot cakes syrup, disgusting how they served this order.

Imma start by saying the people here are sweet and my food is generally okay. I eat here often, mornings right around opening because I work close and it’s convenient. Lately, every time I get to the speaker after they’ve open for the record someone tells me “do to being understaffed we are going to be 5, 10, 12, 20 or 25 minutes late” I get being understaffed but opening late when you have people counting on you to be open when it says you’ll be open is imperative for business. There’s nothing else around open at this time in the morning. I leave the house and never know if I’m going to be able to get my coffee and breakfast. That’s bad business.

Went through drive thru ordered 2.medium drinks. Accidently Drive up to 2nd drive thru window skipping first window. Was talking and not paying attention. Get to window girl just stands there and doesn’t acknowledge me at all. I wave my money at her and she opens window and screams at me your suppose to pay at the first window takes money slams window. Then stands there yelling I guess at manager maybe. This went on for about 45 seconds. I was so upset I just left at that point 4.00 wasn’t worth the treatment I was getting. I know there are cameras and I hope someone high up sees this behavior. Totally unacceptable. I will never come back to this McDonalds again and all this over 4.00 Drinks. I was made to feel like because I accidentally skipped the window , I should be treated this way. I see the standard held for hiring here, the bar isn’t set high at all.

I ordered the gravy and biscuits. My food was warm but the flavor and taste was off. Almost like it was burnt. The gravy had almost not taste to it. I did curbside and the employee was polite and smiled the entire interaction.

I went there tonight. I set in line for 30 minutes. Asked for the McRib with barbeque sauce on the side. They put it on one side of the sandwich. Then I bought a basket of fries. They were cold. If you are suppose to close at 11 at 10:50 tell the people in line you are closed. Don’t give lousy food!

Mercy, they are doing construction on it and it was muddy and wet in parking area. Inside was clean and the staff was nice but not really up to date with menu. However, cashier may have been new! Food was fine.

I’m not a huge McDonald’s fan in general, But I do like coming to get a frappe every so often and every time I do, the staff is always so friendly. It almost feels like family! I love the atmosphere so much that I quite literally will go out of my way just to come to this McDonald’s!
