Went there at a couple more before they opened so we could get fresh food and take home to eat! Right at opening time a manager walked in and the girl that opened the door for the manager says give us a bit we aren’t open yet even though the online time said different! So we waited a couple of minutes and then finally she unlocked the door didn’t open the door and say come on in , welcome, hello, sorry for the delay nothing! And then when we went to order she seemed bothered and in a hurry and they didn’t even have everything ready and just spoke really fast.

Terrible experience i ordered at the drive thru… only thing i insisted and order twice was the sweet and sour sauce, was the only thing i didn’t receive… besides chow mein portion was only vegetables no noodles and i got charged full price for it… this food was for my kids they didn’t eat it.

I stood in line for about 5 mins. There were three customers in front of me that promptly provided their order. When it was my turn a female worker approached the male coworker to thank him for his assistance. They didn’t acknowledge me and walked to the back. The female worker came back but instead of taking my order she proceeded to cut the teriyaki chicken. As a black woman I felt completely dismissed as the other non-black customers weren’t treated this way. I left instead of ordering due to the disrespect. Edited to add that this took place on January 3, 2026 at approximately 4:00pm.

I was in town visiting to perform at a showcase. We stopped through Panda Express. The egg rolls weren’t that great but the rest of the sides were awesome! Besides getting attacked by one of the birds outside for some food it was a worth while experience.

(Avoid this place) Thanks for ruining my night This is the worse panda store i ever been I went to this location to pick up from the drive thru and I had to beep more then 3 times and they didn’t answer I had to go to the front door to let them know that I was in the drive thru bc apparently they were having a boy night and they didn’t want to do their job, I had 1 missing plate and 2 of them were empty just with 2 types of rice witch I didn’t even order, I call the store and they say that they didn’t had the toppings that I ordered and that’s why they only put rice, and they say I can go tomorrow to get the extra topping I don’t get what type of customer service is this, I told then to give me my money back bc they didn’t even offer it.. I would never come back to this location good luck with the customer I bet I’m not the only one that had a similar situation in this place……

ive ordered from this panda since i was 7 years old am much older now but the past 3 times ive ordered here ive gotten terribly sick eating their food. im not sure if it’s the way restaurant preps food, me, or the food in general but im pretty sure ive had food poisoning from here. eat at ur own risk

The food is decent. Meets normal Panda Express standards. Service was ok. Nothing stood out but that was within my expectations too. The restaurant seemed pretty dated and could do a more thorough job cleaning up. I think an update to the restaurant would do wonders

Rudest experience I’ve ever had in any drive through not just a Panda Express but she was huffing and puffing and rushing us (ordering a family box for three kids and ourselves) with attitude and every time she asked within a three minute period she would hum on the other side as well. The way she told us to pull forward was very rude and nobody was even behind us until we were leaving from getting our food. I’d imagine the reason she looked right at me and my car for the pic is because she had full knowledge of her actions.
