I don’t usually write reviews, but this place has earned my time. The food is amazing, and they have such a huge variety! The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it; the quesabirria comes with a delicious consommé. They’re the first quesabirrias I’ve seen that have a 100% authentic flavor, and the meat is tender as butter, with no fat. The birria broth is also fat-free, and there’s a great variety to suit all tastes. The green chile is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in Colorado for 30 years. The burrito is fantastic , the Mexican sushi is amazing , everything is huge at reasonable prices, and the portions are very generous. And the tacos are delicious. We’ll definitely be back!!! I !!!

Tacos El Comando catered our annual Hispanic Heritage Month Kick Off celebration at the César Chávez Cultural Center, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team provided excellent service, arrived well-prepared, and ensured that students were served quickly and with genuine hospitality. Our students could not stop talking about how delicious their food and drinks were.
The birria quesadillas were a crowd favorite. They were absolutely loaded with flavorful meat and perfectly melted cheese, all wrapped in their delicious homemade tortillas. You could truly taste the quality and care in every bite. Their other menu items, including the soy ceviche and their tacos, were equally impressive. Everything was seasoned beautifully, cooked to perfection, and honestly, to die for.
Their aguas frescas were another highlight of the event. Each drink had fresh pieces of fruit and was the perfect balance of refreshing and flavorful. They were, without exaggeration, the best aguas frescas I have ever had.
We are extremely grateful for their service and will definitely be using Tacos El Comando again in the future. Highly recommended!

This place was awesome! Came today for a small snack and they have 4 tacos for $8 on tuesdays, if I lived closer I’d be there every tuesday they were also super nice and the owner even gave me a lemonade on the house! Highly recommend
