Me and my wife came here to celebrate our new jobs and a new life adventure. Eunice C. our waitress was spectacular! She was kind and made sure we had excellent service through and through. EUNICE C IS AMAZING and deserves a raise and if you’re lucky enough to get her as a waitress you will leave Ihop happy,full and saitisfied. Truly top tier service.

Came in for my birthday stack not realizing that it no longer worked the way it used to. Staff took care of me and even brought me an ice cream sundae and sang happy birthday to me! Really made me feel special. Pancakes were super fluffy and the omelette was delicious.

We loved our food! Our waitress Emelina was the best! She was so kind, polite and got everything perfect with our order. She made sure we had our drinks and that we had everything we needed. Plus she has a sweet smile!

Eunice was our server at the IHOP in Queen Creek, Arizona. She was extremely attentive and friendly, very knowledgeable about her job, and fast. We rarely come here but then this day, my daughter asked me to bring her to iHop to try the free kid’s meal with a purchase of 1 adult entry meal. I ordered Tbone Steak witj salad and broccoli as sides. They took brought cut beef with potatoes so I said I don’t think it’s my order since I don’t eat potatoes that’s why I requested for veggies. So second time, they replaced the potatoes with vegetables but then the steak was not Tbone just like what I ordered. For yhe 3rd time, I finally received the correct order, however, the steak looks and tastes horrible. The night before I had this order. I cooked my own steak and ut was delicious, but their steak tasted like soaked paper. I think that meat they served me was freezer burnt and still cooked and served to me. I will never order meal like that in this store. I should have ordered the usual breakfast meal.

From the wait list to the check, the service was excellent! Takes a lot for me to write a review, but in this case, excellent in all areas! Whatever the owner/manager is doing, please continue. While my server was excellent, in observing the entire staff, I saw the proficiency and professionalism each served with friendliness and smiles!
