Michaela was our server and start to finish, she was very polite and quick to help us. She constantly checked on drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was DELICIOUS, huge portions and very affordable.

We had the party room for my daughters graduation party and the food was great. The party platters had tons of food but the chips and spinach dip was delicious. Items off the menu had big portions and my penne chicken parm was perfect . Service was great, we never waited for refills or food. Had a great time, plenty of room to spread out. Definitely a good place for a great time.

First time here at this location. The thin crust pizza was pretty good. Others in our party had the boneless wings, bacon cheeseburger, and twisted tenders. All were good as I’m told. Place was clean, no complaints. Half way through our stay, they added the audio to the Army/Navy game which was a nice touch. It added to the atmosphere. Business was steady, not dead nor busy.

Ummm. Yeah its my first time at an old Chicago and was not very impressed for the expensive price. The chicken was a bit burnt. My husband’s craft burger was delicious. Son’s spaghetti was dry. Daughter’s wings were ok. My OC iced tea was tasty. Emily was great.

We came here for years and upon arriving we would just say, we are going in the bar and we could just sit at any open booth, now they won’t let u sit where u want even when we ask to. It is a shame, because we just went with there with a party of 10 people and had a good meal and spent $355.00 . But won’t come again, because we don’t like being told where to sit in the bar and it isn’t even a large bar. You would think they would be happy to have customers come and not care where they sat!

Placed an online order to pickup on the way home. Order was placed and it showed it would be ready for pickup at 5:03 pm. I arrived at 5:02 and when I spoke to the host he found the ticket on the counter and twice looked at his watch as if I was an hour early. He went back to the kitchen and I waited about 12 minutes before he reappeared with a salad and Italian nachos. I drove home 11 miles only to find that the salad ordered did not have the additional grilled chicken I paid for on it. Called in and spoke to the host and he apologized and said I could come back into town to have the salad corrected. Explained that it would be an additional 22 mile round trip and asked that they credit the original form of payment for the missing grilled chicken and said they would. I asked if the needed the credit card information again and was told no that they had all the information needed. Three days later the bill has not been corrected. Poor customer service! Mistakes happen but correct them when you say you will. Will choose a different dinner option next time
Update, 3 months later still haven’t received the credit to my debit card that I was told would happen. Never expected or wanted the entire meal credited just the credit for the salad that was never placed in the bag. It’s not like this was expensive and going to break me, but it’s more the principle of the matter, just say what you will do to make it right and then do what you say. If they do this a few times a day and multiply that by the days they are open for business it can add up quickly

Double Deckaroni with extra hot sauce is definitely in my top 10 pizza list. The Greeley Old Chicago has always made it perfect, when I have gone to other locations that had made it just okay.

This was our first time ordering through Google take out for Old Chicago. The process felt very easy and quick. There was also a way to track where it was in the fulfillment process. I liked that part. Then, we got there to curbside pick up and waited almost 20 minutes. Big bummer. My favorite item is the salad because it has almonds but there were very few in mine. We also tried the Cauliflower pizza which was good. Pretzel bites and pepperoni pizza. The food was okay but was cold by the time we got home. We will not be partaking in the Google online order again for Old Chicago.
