The service fine but the meat on my burger was very much uncooked they make a new one but I eat half of that and I got a horrible stomach pain all night this should never happen again check the timer on you machines and the temperature please.

If you want to waste your time and get cold food stop here. If you want to waste an hour or more while standing there waiting for the store manager to argue with you over the temperature of a hot coffee by all means stop here. If you order bacon, but you really wanted to receive sausage stop here. If you want a hot chocolate without the chocolate by all means get it here. I can not say it enough if you want a horrible start to your day everyday stop here. Some of you might ask but why stop here if that happens because it ain’t any better at any of the others in the area. If only one could step up and do what they are suppose to be doing just maybe it might cause a change in the rest of them. Customer service needs to come back. If you want a correct order with hot food don’t stop here unless you have time to waste.

I went in for some breakfast. While waiting for my food I watched a female manager berate and yell at her employee. After the employee walked out the manager continued to yell very personal information. very unprofessional and vulgar. I will not be coming back to a location that treats their employees like garbage.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s 3 times and they never turned me down. The burgers always come in the perfect shape (no ingredients falling off) and the fries taste fresh. Go here!

BEWARE!!!!!
I frequent this McD as I live in the area, and there are few options near home. It used to be awesome. There is nothing good anymore anytime, day or night. Workers are usually polite, but that’s it.
I just went through and I get a bigmac missing a meat patty, 2 medium sized, gross, soggy old fries that were likely dipped in the fryer to make them look “hot & fresh” but they are barely warm, greasy, soggy and stale. Funky, cold pies that are really old to the point they are thick and gooky and hard to even chew. The workers even went so far as to peel the sticker off the box(see photo) where the use by time was, they would’ve been better off using that miniscule effort to instead place them in the trash where they belonged. Paying $5 for a large frappe that is only 2/3 full(see photo). Worst of all, I grabbed a funky fry to try anyways, and out comes a big hair with it, and it certainly was not mine.
I never complain but, I’m doing it this time. Especially with their unusually high prices for everything and for it to be so terrible, as well.
I’m writing this hoping that many people will see it and hopefully enough will stop going here until McD can understand through the loss of business that this type of service is totally unacceptable and nobody is willing to spend (a hefty amount of) their hard earned money for the high priced garbage being half served.
Furthermore, I’ve become very ill-feeling, already! That sure didn’t take long, I should have known better than to continue eating anything after realizing all of these things.
Lastly, because none of this is a one-time thing but a rather repetitive problem in general and overall, it has ultimately led to this terrible review.
In the event they change these very serious issues with their incredibly poor quality and provide all of what is purchased, nothing missing or reducing the volume of what should be there, I will adjust or remove my poor review accordingly. I’m looking forward to some type of response that hopefully includes an explanation and a resolution to my specific issue(s) as well as a consistent, positive experience to follow. I’ll give them time to respond. If this is relevant to you, keep an eye out for my follow-up or edited post, whether they reach out or not.
